They let the dog come and stay until they were settle. Have worked very hard to make them happy and welcomed

Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. This made the transition for my mother easier. A special thanks to Melissa and Loren who were very welcoming and warm.

I have to give a 5 for all categories. This has been a wonderful experience for Martha. This is the best facility for this type of service I have ever seen. The cleanliness throughout the entire building is superb. The staff is second to none—consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their kindness truly stands out. The food is very good, with a nice variety on the menu. Overall, the experience has been extremely positive, and I would highly recommend this facility.

The manager, Alan is wonderful, they accept PACE even though it's not a nursing home. When my Dad broke his hip both the in-house nurse and the PACE nurse were very helpful. Transportation goes above and beyond. It's a nice, middle ground community.

Safe,clean,caring and personable staff and really,really good food. Quiet residential area,plenty of activities if you wish to participate. Recommend VERY highly. My mother is thriving there as compared to her former assisted living facility.

[name removed]is so nice. She tried her best to make sure your family member is very comfortable, and that they aren't in need of anything. All the people, residents and staff are so nice and friendly. I would absolutely recommend American House Sterling Woods Senior Living.

I moved my dad in recently and I cannot say enough good things about American House Somerset. Everyone has been so welcoming through what is a very difficult time. I want to point out two people that have been especially helpful, [Names Removed]. I couldn't have done it without your help!

Helping mom get settled and comfortable, explaining what to expect, safety of family members within memory care, calling with concerns right away, physician within the facility frequently so caregivers do not need to take family members outside the facility, offer enrichment programs, cleanliness of facility, friendliness of staff, professionalism of staff.

[Name Removed] are incredibly kind and helpful. I hope that my MIL chooses American House simply because it is clear that she will be treated with kindness and dignity.

When I cam I was very reluctant. I now find irt a great place to live. People are friendly, meals are good. I can put my own personality into my room. There are activities to participate in (or not) my choice. I like my crossword puzzles, and have made friends doing this or working alone when I am restless there is a freedom I find very welcome. I enjoy the parties, I am glad to visit with new friends.

New home for me and my mom. My mom is 91 and I am 71 so we decided to share a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths together, with my cat and dog. It's been very nice. I've mae many friends here and the parties are so fun.

We had a thorough tour of the building and discussed the many perks of the resident experience. My Mom really got a great feeling of what life could be like without her life partner.

The Administration Staff is great. They are wonderful, knowledgeable individuals who work together to help and care for each resident. The Resident Staff is fantastic! They are hard working and very kind to all the residents and staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at American House Shallowford!!!

Staff were prompt and responsive with their replies. I would recommend to others.

The facility is always clean, with kind staff members, good meals and a fabulous activities coordinator who makes an effort to include everyone. The only negative items or areas of improvement I can think of would be better security at the front entrance, better insect/pest control and more patio furniture added for outdoor enjoyment. All in all, we are very pleased.

The facility tour was informative, the staff were kind and answered all my questions. The team provided an overview of an engaging schedule for residents, menu for mealtimes, and variety of options for rooms to match different needs. The facilitator was exceptional and truly answered questions I didn’t know to ask.

I personally didn't get a chance to visit the American House in Spring Lake, but two of my brothers did, and they were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the food that was served. They also really liked the apartment layout. Very well laid out and everything easily accessible.

I was searching for a new home and I actually moved into several communities before I found the perfect community. Now I am at American House Village at Bloomfield, and I love it. I've made many friends here. I love my apartment. With my own washer and dryer, large bathroom, large kitchen and balcony. I highly recommend.
