Brookdale Claremore made the process from beginning to end a very comfortable and peaceful one. All our questions and concerns were answered and we were given even more information that we didn’t think to ask, which was also very comforting. The staff made the transition as easy as possible for us and our loved one. My father in law’s care has been wonderful. All the staff give him love, attention, and the care he needs. There are times when I am unable to go to visit him but I have peace knowing that he is well taken care of and he is okay. The staff communicate very well with how he is. It didn’t take long at all to feel like one big family. I will and have recommended Brookdale Claremore to others that are having to make this same, most difficult decision, with no hesitation. The Dr for the facility saw him right away and adjusted his meds which helped a lot. He really loves the food which means a lot for him. He loves the main living area and the courtyard to people watch and visit with others. The facility looks very much like a home and does not have any bad smell like some have. The staff is very personable with all of the residents and their families. They show a true loving attitude to help and I’m so very thankful! They include family with dinners and activities.
