Brookdale

This was for a 6 week stay in respite care for someone recovering from a fall. The room was pleasant, if on the small side, with a view of the court yard. Staff was pleasant, the room was clean and the food was good. The only activity used was PT. Pretty good for what was required.

It's been terrific we love all the workers little turnover and our mom is very comfortable. Recommend to anyone who is facing this challenge...they have activities (hoe down a few months ago) which was so fun.

[name removed] the nurse we primarily dealt with on the dementia area was kind and patient with our family member, and with us. [name removed] helped us get him into Brookdale. My mother wanted him in Brookdale and out of the other one he was in. The old people where she lives spoke very well about Brookdale. Older people still go by word of mouth, and not facebook. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one. They are small which i think may make a difference. When I walked down the hallway, all the workers I saw said hello to the people living there by name. It was also very clean.

Everything about Brookdale Scott's Valley has been great starting with your recommendation. We had my brother signed up and moved in within a week, it is a gorgeous facility, super friendly residents, lots of activities, great staff, and my brother already feels comfortable living there. I have been a resident here at Brookdale Jones Farm for 1 and a half years. I Believe the value is worth the cost. The team is very friendly and goes above and beyond. I score a 5 star with activities in the events they throw! Especially the food they serve. The dining team is very talented.

Everyone is nice and friendly. I have been here a few years. I was in a studio apartment and now I moved to a 1 bedroom. Very spacious. I like that I can take my dog outside in the courtyard and feel safe. I am very active and like going on the outings and shopping trips.

I have lived here for 2 and half years. It is a nice community. I enjoy sitting outside in the courtyard and swimming pool is relaxing. I would recommend this place if you are looking for peace and quiet area.

We worked mostly with the administrative staff that was extremely helpful in making a move that we needed to do very quickly. The one bedroom apartment was very well designed for my uncle and worked well with the furniture that we had to bring over and his belongings. The team was very thorough and getting a handle on all of his medical issues.

Overall, my experience has been great. The staff are wonderful, the food is good, and the community is kept clean and well maintained. The size of the community is just right—it feels comfortable and manageable without being too large.

At Brookdale the staff treats their residents like family. [name removed] was so caring and thoughtful and very knowledgeable, answering any questions or concerns we had. They were all willing to help in any way possible. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. They had many activities. It was very affordable. I would recommend this to anyone needing an assisted living home.

They are very good there my dad made friends. The staff is very friendly and nice I have no complaints. They give you a menu for all 3 meals so you can choose. His room is very clean and so far he hasn't lost any clothes. He had. Been there since January.

When we first toured Brookdale-for family member, we were MOST impressed with the facility and STAFF for what was needed. And they have continued to provide ALL facets of assistance...as it was explained, from minimal to maximum assistance.... The efficiency apartment is very large and roomy. Having light room cleaning and laundry is a plus.The Restaurant has nice size portion of meals--snacks available. I see entertainment for either on premises or off is continual and nice variety for those who wish to participate. More comforting is the fact that Transport can be available to go to WalMart/Kroger/Dollar General,so one does not have to "drive". I am happy BROOKDALE can provide such excellent care! THANK YOU!!!

We have no complaints about Brookdale. The staff and residents were friendly, the meals were delicious. I wish Dad had agreed to move in sooner
