Spiritual fellowship and personal connection that come with a minsters presence is so important to many resident. Even more at this season of life of life. The care coordination has been extremely effective during my loved ones critical first few weeks. Transitioning to a new environment is always challenging but staff provided prompt action and individualized implementation to ensure need were met. The responsive approach answered the early weeks were smooth, comfortable and truly tailored to specific routine and needs. <h3>Care Types Offered</h3>
<p>Brookdale Monument Valley Park is an <em>assisted living residence</em>, which in the state of Colorado is a residential facility which provides personal services, protective oversight, social care due to impaired capacity to live independently, and 24 hour supervision (but not to the extent that regular 24-hour medical nursing care is required). Assisted living residences may also provide care to no more than 16 elderly persons who are mentally ill.</p>
