Don't know if someone fell or what happened. Generally, it smells like an assisted living center. That is just the nature of those places since people begin to struggle with hygiene due to limited mobility. I have been too many however and they are about the middle of the road in terms of cleanliness relative to ones in Baltimore. Nursing homes are hospital like and much dirtier. \n\nThe sales/management staff I felt to be a bit pushy. My loved one secured a place in there before she had actually sold her home. It took a while to sell/move but I think she would have been better off selling her home before locking up a spot there. After we had signed the contract, management was replaced and the new management seems much more in tune with the residents. That said, here in Baltimore its uber competitive so its difficult to get in the popular ones that have long wait lists. Conversely, the nursing staff and wait staff are excellent, kind and caring!
