There weren’t any caring conversations before these price adjustments; I had to initiate a meeting with the nurse to address it.\n\nThat said, the staff providing direct care to my mom were wonderful. I especially appreciated that the nurse guided us on hospice care when the time came and even gave her recommendation on the best provider.
