The staff and the grounds and condition the building building, very clean and up-to-date.

Everything has been excellent except the help with cleaning. 2 understnad the gals doing the job are only given 20 minutes to complete. Not enough time! I have not participated as of yet in activities but sound very interesting.

1) Staff is respectful and compassionate. 2) Lots of activities, church, hair salon, all in a nutshell. A nice cafeteria, good food, good company. Great holiday celebrations. Community friendly. Pet friendly. All in all for a place to be all in a nutshell very comfortable and welcoming.

Solista has been a great decision. It serves our needs very well. My experience with the staff is that they are respectful, kind and have great senses of humor making living here stressfree. The residents, a very widecross section of society wealth of experience that makes the contact interesting pleasant. The concept of independant living is well thought out, has clear boundaries and creates a safe place for us to be.

Good facilities and the staff is great. Affordable, nice apartment with a good kitchen well thought out and full activities calendar . Food could be improved and Cogir should deep clean the hall carpets.

Staff is great. Facility needs to stop admitting so many residents that are nursing home level of care and assisted living residents .

The salesperson went through everything that was available. Very professional. Very satisfied with my decision.

I enjoy living here—it is quiet and restful—clean and wide, bright hallways. There are plenty of activities—the staff are friendly and always greeting us; and asking what activities we want is always asked nicely.

Atrium Village was a great assisted living and memory care facility. The building appeared to be newly renovated and all areas were neat, clean,and orderly. I was given a brochure with up to date information on the apartment and memory care pricing. Atrium Village is impressive and as I did the math in my head I knew that my 93 year old mother did not have the resources to afford [Amount removed] for a room and [Amount Removed] for assistance with a pill and a daily shower.

[names removed] were very nice and helpful. The studio apartment was bigger than then we thought it would be. Every resident I talked to said they loved it there.

Staff are great and food is good. Yes, would recommend to others because it is a great place to live.

I was given my 30 days notice from the place I have lived in for over one year because of Celiac disease. I love the place I am at and the people in my current place and have made many friends here however Corporate decided that I was a liability. In my opinion corporate doesn’t really care about the people who live here. They are just concerned with the bottom line. I have another place to live however it won’t be the same. I was given the opportunity to live in my current apartment until the end of April. They knew I had Ciliac disease before I moved in and sold my home. I am suffering from a mistake they made yet I will suffer both emotionally and monetarily for a mistake they made a year ago. Others be very careful when you choose a place you want to live for the rest of your life.

My sister was at Cogir of San Rafael for nearly two years. She has Alzheimer’s and Lewy Body dementia. All in all it was a positive experience. The care was excellent on all levels. In addition communication with the staff from the Executive Director on down was excellent. It proved comforting to be able to get updates on her progress when I sought them. The facility is very pleasant and the one bedroom apartment I had secured was very attractive and comfortable. I would recommend Cogir of San Rafael to anyone seeking assistance for a loved one with dementia.

The support to get our aunt started there was fabulous. It is a difficult transition but they helped with everything from moving her in and hanging up her paintings to getting her med schedule ready.

My brother is moving in today. My sisters and I have had a very positive interaction with [Name removed]. She and her team have been very helpful getting things arranged for my brother's arrival. The facility is super clean and has many opportunities for my brother to be more socially engaged.

[name removed] was friendly and helpful and the facility was more than I’d hoped for. I’m excited for my dad to make a home at Cogir of Northgate.

Overall Experience is 5 stars. Very pleased with caring, efficient staff. Excellent food, lots of activities of interest for residents. 2 lovely outdoor areas filled with flowers. Live music every week.

The staff has been very helpful as far as getting him things for his room, a desk and additional lighting. He goes out on excursions, also to movies. He is very stubborn and they keep him calm even when he has little fits of temper. They helped me get him on Medicade the first if the year. We are now divorced and he has no money. Overall I think they are very helpful and supportive.

Upon our arrival we were informed that Bay Pointe by Cogir had no availability. Because we were driving in rural areas with poor cellphone reception, attempts to contact us were understandably unsuccessful.
