It always smells very clean when I enter the building. All the residents that I had encountered seem happy. [name removed] was very caring when I was registering my father in law. He really sees to care a lot about all of the residents. All other staff are friendly when I see the in the halls.

I love this community and the location. The residents and staff were so friendly and everyone I met genuinely seemed happy and engaged. The food was delicious and provided a variety of options. The care team answered all my questions and I felt comfortable knowing my loved one would be in good hands. Highly recommend!

They have a warm caring staff who treat every resident with dignity and respect. The food is outstanding. The physical surroundings are nice with lots of windows and a beautiful outdoor sitting area. They have taken extremely good care of my husband. Your organization was even more of a lifeline by guiding me through the entire extremely stressful process of finding a place. Every place I went to visit was exceptional. Your organization is truly a gift.

So far our experience has been great being about one month. We would rate a 5. What we like the most about the community is the excellent food, the cleanliness of the facility, the courtyard and everyone is friendly. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

It is clean, modern, attentive, and quality. Mom and Dad report staff and residents alike are very friendly.

After visiting other communities, we feel fortunate that your community currently has a room available on the first floor, located very close to the common areas. We think this would be very convenient for my mother-in-law. Its location would make it much easier for her to leave her room for short walks, participate in activities, and access the cafeteria. We believe this convenient setting would encourage her to remain active, engaged, and socially connected.

The staff was gracious friendly and informative. And the visit was pleasant, This facility is not one we would choose at this time because we do not need an independent, assisted, remain in place community at this time. Staff told us the community is in the process of replacing flooring and make other upgrades.

[name removed] enjoyed her tour. Many residents introduced themselves to her during lunch. She loved the diverse programming with a Motown dance party on the schedule. She thought the apartment was nice and large.

We are enjoying our stay at Solista. We have a large efficient apt. We fit a queen bed, 2 large recliners, and 2 nightstands, large chest and still have room to wonder with our apt. Room has full bath with a great shower with plenty of closets. We have a full time activity director who is great to keep us moving. I only have one complaint is the food at this time. Solista is going through some staff turnover at this time but I that will be resolved in a week. We have a great staff here. Everyone looks after each other and the staff work in a team to fill in when necessary. We are very contented here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home.

This is a great and affordable place if you’re looking for memory care. A diagnosis of cognitive impairment is needed to move in but they take such good care of the patients. It shows in the patients' faces.

The people were very nice. I am not sure about having to go to a different building for all activities.

I AM CURRENTLY AN INDEPENDENT RESIDENT FOR 5 AND A HALF YEARS AT COGIR SENIOR LIVING OF GLEN MILLS, PA. I HAVE TOTALLY ENJOYED MY LIVING HERE FOR MY ENTIRE TENURE. I HAVE A GOOD RAPPORT WITH THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND FIND THEM TO BE KIND, CONSIDERATE, AND OPEN TO CONSTRUCTIVE INPUT. MY ROOM IS CLEANED ON A WEEKLY BASIS BY OUR COMPETENT HOUSECLEANING CREW. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE MEAL PLANS FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER AND ALWAYS HAVE MY DINNER AT 4 P.M. IN THE DINING ROOM AND CAN SAY THAT THE WAITER AND WAITRESSES ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT, SMILING, AND HELPFUL IN SELECTING MY MENU CHOICES. I AM VERY INVOLVED IN MANY OF THE ACTIVITIES HERE AT COGIR: I HAVE A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN HELPING DIRECT OUR SENIOR LIVING CHOIR AND WE PUT ON PERFORMANCES AT LEAST 5 OR 6 TIMES A YEAR; I EMCEE THE GAME JEOPARDY EVERY OTHER MONDAY IN THE PUB; AND I COPY AND DISTRIBUTE THE DAILY PERK PAMPLETS EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM AT COGIR IS FIRST RATE ALSO. IN SHORT, I GIVE COGIR A 5 STAR.

They have been great to work with. There have been a few mishaps but they are quick to acknowledge and correct. Friendly and helpful. Good care for Mom. I would recommend to others. Nothing more to add just now. Waiting for results from a medical test for my husband.

My mom has been there since January and she has a new life a new group of friends. The come in and clean her apartment once a week. The staff is friendly and kind. Mom is really gotten to know everybody. She loves having access to books every day. I just can't say enough of it. I actually took her to the doctor and the doctor asked her how she liked it and if we had had a camera crew there it would've been a perfect commercial for them.

Every employee is extremely nice and welcoming. Know you by name! Respond wonderfully when called upon by a resident need!

What an amazing facility. The apartments are a great size. The amenities are impressive. I cannot wait to get my Mom into this fantastic facility.

Very nice place. Brightly lite, welcoming, spacious. A lot of activities planned. Was on the expensive side of facilities due to not being all inclusive. . Cost varied on level of care needed.

Staff has been very helpful on the places very clean. My mom loves the food. Her apartment is all new so she really appreciated that. So far everything's great. We are very happy with Solista!

I toured this facility with my daughter and son-in-law. The facility was very clean and appeared very well taken care of. If I decide to go forrward with a independent living facility this would definitely be my top choice.

The tour started out with a discussion, going over the charges, whats included and break downs. Then we toured the common areas, dining room and apartment. All of which are the same elsewhere. This member took the time to talk about menu changes and what the residents like the most. Types of events and where they are all held. There are several common areas inside and outside along with a game area and library. They also have a salon on site. She talked about the staff and the different support positions. By chance two residents talked to us and gave us there insite to the facility. It was very informative and enjoyable.
