The staff is attentive and caring. I'd like to especially recognize Shanielia, she is just superb in carrying out her daily responsibilities. The facility is very comfortable and impeccably clean. The room was adequate size, not cramped whatsoever.

The staff at CareOne of Hamilton from the initial tour to settling my Mom in was exceptional. Every single person that was assigned to her and even those who were not have gone above and beyond to welcome she and I into the CareOne family. The communication between myself and the doctor, nurses, therapists, aids and general staff members has been excellent. I have seen the compassionate care provided to my Mom and action plans for her overall well being that were mutually discussed put into place. The facility itself is beautifully decorated, kept very clean and provides a very homelike comfortable feeling when you walk through the door. I’m at ease and grateful knowing that my Mom is being very well cared for.

I had a wonderful visit to this assisted living community. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the residents seemed happy and well cared for. I would highly recommend it to families exploring senior living options.

Felt like family made us feel welcome . Had events going on all the time. Let’s us bring our dog to the CareOne facility in Hamilton NJ . Lights up the faces of the community and Workers. They look forward to seeing her every week. If she is not with us, there are many up set people. I hope in the future we will be able to bring the Dog with us. I think it makes a big difference to the overall experience of the facility.

Our experience with Care One Assisted Living in Hamilton, NJ has been truly wonderful, and a big part of that is due to the incredible staff. From the very beginning, Holly, the Sales Director, was beyond helpful. She made what can be an overwhelming process feel manageable and reassuring. Holly took the time to answer every question, explain all the details, and guide us with patience and compassion. Her support made all the difference in those early stages. Once my mom moved in, her caregiver Sheneglia has been absolutely amazing—attentive, kind, and truly going above and beyond in the care she provides. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents, and that level of compassion brings so much comfort to our family. Seeing how she interacts with my mom—with warmth, respect, and genuine concern—means everything. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and offers a great sense of community. Knowing my mom is safe, cared for, and treated with dignity gives us tremendous peace.

From [name removed], the Director of Sales, who truly went above and beyond to make an overwhelming process feel manageable, to [name removed], the Dementia Specialist, who always answers my questions with patience, warmth, and a genuine smile while guiding me to make the best decisions for my mom. The nurses and aides are equally amazing—kind, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. CareOne in Hamilton has provided a safe, positive, caring home for Mom. It's also provided her family members with the knowledge that Mom is being well cared for. The staff treat Mom and the other residents with patience and kindness. From my first visit to Care One I was impressed. As a retired nurse, I have seen many facilities over the years and could tell this one was special. It is clean with a good caring staff. Holly was and still is a tremendous help with navigating my brother’s transition to community living. [Name Removed] in finance is so helpful with understanding the process of payment. All my concerns and needs were and still are addressed instantly. The department directors, medical staff, all the staff are working so diligently for the resident's care and helping family as well. They are easy to reach and eager to help. It has a personal feel due to its size. Thank you for all you do.

Mom moved from another facility; therefore, we have a point of comparison. We knew we had made the right choice from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by the staff, who accommodated our arrival time. They were attentive, immediately set up her TV, provided us a full orientation of everything we would need to know. Mom has been at CareOne Hamilton for two months, and the service has been consistent. There is always a friendly staff member around to assist or ask questions. They all know Mom by name, and we have felt welcomed and have participated in the family nights. We had a family gathering, and it was easy to arrange. I have called the nurses for questions and have had immediate responses. The facility is always clean. Mom was at a fancy facility that fell short in every area highlighted in this review. Mom's room is always clean, and she is always well-groomed.

My father has been living at Care One of Hamilton for over a year. From the initial tour/visit by the Director of Sales, I knew Care One was the place. They made the move in process extremely smooth, easy, and walked us through it all. From the administration, care, activites, and maintenance teams, everyone has made us and my family member feel very welcome from day one. The Activites team does a great job with arranging outings, activities during the day for the residents and planning monthly gatherings for family and friends of the residents which we always look forward to.

I was in search of a new home for my 98-year-old aunt who has dementia. She was living in a care facility in western Pennsylvania. I needed her to be closer to me in the Philadelphia area. Guided by a friend, I checked out Care One at Hamilton, New Jersey. I was pleasantly surprised by the facility and the staff. Although my aunt has only been here a short time, I feel she is in a safe place. While visiting my aunt, I have observed the staff (care givers and administrative) treat every resident with the utmost respect. I usually go during mealtimes. The food smells good and the facility is clean. There is a printed schedule of daily activities to help my aunt choose one to participate in. I am very happy that I found Care One.

The facility is both clean and comfortable. But the truly outstanding characteristic is the staff. They are extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, polite, respectful, etc. Also, they offer numerous support/ancillary services, e.g. physical therapy, podiatry, etc.

[removed date] my sister in law and special needs nephew required an emergency placement. I was lead to CareOne through referral from Brightstar. CareOne moved mountains in order to place them in just two weeks. I was in constant contact, day, night and weekends with administrators and the Nursing Staff. Everything went smoothly and timely. My sister in law is still residing at CareOne, my nephew, as planned , has been placed into a special needs group home through the state. Once again CareOne did an outstanding job with a tight holiday weekend timeframe procuring all medical requirements for his move. The staff is always courteous, professional and truly care for their customers. The grounds and building is immaculately maintained. A great business always starts with the top leadership and runs down to all employees. In summary, I would highly recommend CareOne Hamilton to anyone placing a loved one in assisted living care .

The staff and leadership at C1 of Hamilton is what sets it apart from all others. The genuine care and compassion backed up by first class communication is valued and appreciated. Our family feels 100% comfortable with our dear mother in C1’s care and commitment to giving her a quality of life she deserves. From the day we did a tour with [removed name] to engaging with all medial and senior leadership on property our family can not say enough about the care Mom has received at C1 of Hamilton [removed name] is an amazing leader and it shows on her Team. [removed name] is now family and watches over Mom’s care like she is her own parent. [removed names] also have adopted Mom and our family as their own and we are eternally grateful for their compassion. My overall experience with CareOne in Hamilton was excellent. The staff and administration provided care and support for my Aunt during her stay at the facility. Keeping me informed was a key strength the administration and support staff demonstrated daily. It was a comfort to me to know my Aunt was being well taken care of. CareOne was the best decision I ever made to ensure my Aunt’s wellbeing was being treated professionally and with dignity in her final months.
