I love their new app. I can login and message the facility and someone will message me back. I can also view all the activities my Aunt has participated in. They have sent me pictures of her through the app as well. There was 1 staff member I didn't like the way she was sarcastic with a resident while I was there but unfortunately with any business you will have those types of employees. Overall I feel the majority of the staff really care and do a good job. I do wish I was more informed when it comes to her care. I had to tell them I was concerned about swelling in her legs and I had to keep reaching out to make sure something was getting done about it. They are good about getting her to all her appointments and medical procedures. Clothing always gets washed but doesn't normally return to the correct person even when I write her name in it. This facility is by far cheaper than the majority. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care and a place that truly feels like home. \nThe nurses, aides, and administrative team are compassionate, attentive, and always willing to answer questions or help in any way they can! \nChoosing a nursing home is never easy, but this facility made the decision feel right from day one.
