Every staff member I've interacted with has been kind, friendly, and helpful. My mother-in-law has commented many times about how nice everyone is, which has made a big difference. The facility is always clean, and both of my in-laws say the food is good.\n\nOne of the biggest advantages is the apartment size. We toured several facilities, and these were by far the largest apartments we saw.\n\nThe only downside has been the parking. My father-in-law still drives, and the parking area is fairly small, which made it difficult for him at first. However, when the staff learned he was having trouble with his assigned space, they quickly moved him to a different parking spot that works much better. We've also never had any trouble finding street parking when we visit.
