She and the staff really enjoy each other, which is a huge plus because she was not fond of the staff at her previous community. The residents are all wonderful and a few are just as active as my mom, so she has some friends to do things with. There are daily activities from field trips to tai chi to fun games, and my mom has participated in nearly all of them. Her room is spacious with lots of natural light from all the windows and she loves watching the geese daily. The staff is very warm and helpful and I've enjoyed getting to know them whenever I visit. They are all professional and did a great job de-escalating a situation/argument with a resident when I was there. One staff member is super friendly with everyone and loves giving my mom (and my wife and I) hugs all the time, which we all enjoy.
