I would also give it a five for the property itself, which has a beautiful outdoor area with ocean views! I also would give it five stars for the location. It is one of the few properties that has restaurants, nail salons, hair, salons, all within walking distance! The dining room is absolutely gorgeous and the food is very very good. I was surprised it was not more expensive than it is so it's a very good value. Another thing not in your survey is storage and closets, which can be a problem and some of these communities. There is a walk-in closet and lots of storage in the bathroom for supplies. Mini folks need incontinent supplies and they're very bulky so storage was a real issue for us. So even for a studio there was a lot of storage. My mom was impressed with the walk-in closet. Things are never perfect anywhere, but I would highly recommend this property. For someone who can go offsite and take walks it's really an incredible neighborhood. A bit busy on the PCH .
