The Director, [name removed], and her staff are AMAZING!! They were always fun and made the residents feel like family. The nursing staff was amazing, knowledgeable, responsive and very caring. They always called me whenever there was any kind of issue. The PT on site is also very good, and my dad said the food was great! The pub and theater were also nice! They have 2 hospice companies on site, and when my dad went into hospice, they were very quick to get a bed set up for him and all the supplies he needed prior to his hospital release. When he was dying, they treated all the visitors like VIPs, and all the residents were able to go in and say goodbye to my father before he passed. It meant a lot to them because they said many times families don’t let them know what happened and they always miss their friends. We were so very happy we could do that for them.
