The staff always goes out of the way to make you feel welcome is the good part. I'm not sure what could be improved at the moment. I would recommend to others.

The staffs willingness to work with my mother and I financially and with her needs. The activities and value, are unsurpassable. They have studios and 1 bedrooms. My mom has a studio with kitchenette and private bath. About 250SF.

[Name Removed] was amazing to work with. [Name Removed] was lovely, cheery and helpful when I walked in without an appointment. The nurses & aids were incredibly kind and doing their best to meet my friend's needs in every way. I loved the people I worked with there.

Mom has been at StoryPoint Clinton Township and assisted living since shortly after it opened. She’s very involved in active and busy all the time everyone in the community has taken the time to know her know her name remember her name a dresser by her name she’s thriving and we’ve all been very thrilled with our experience.

[Name removed] was great to watch he taught me a lot and I learned a lot he is a great pta this place which is Danbury gave me a lot to look foward to in my next chapter and when I go into college I think I know what I want to do when I get out so thank you to [Name removed] he’s a great mentor.

Very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of things to do, trips planned twice a week. Always plenty to eat. My experience here has been great. I would recommend to others. I have found my new home.

Mom loves the activities and people there. Facilities are beautiful and clean and apartment is perfect. Mom didn't want to leave her condo and now says she is so happy and glad she made the move.

This is just great! I feel safe. I have my own room. If I need help or don't feel good, there is always someone to go to if I need it. You never know when you'll need help! I love the music. I also love the nature and birds!

Danbury Broadview Heights has some really outstanding caregivers among [Names Removed] there they are very wonderful and their help and supportive resident care. There are wonderful activities to participate in throughout the day like drum circles and other things that you wouldn’t see other sister living communities. [Names removed] are great. [Name Removed] has outstanding delicious food three meals a day. My rooms is large and comfortable. Everything in common areas and everything has kept very clean although you have a very positive experience at Danbury. Peace out.

Friendly, helpful, seems short staff in serving food, but all pitch in to help, directors and all!

I had a wonderful experience working with [name removed] and the team! We are moving my parents in soon I've already made several recommendations to my parents friends. It has a very inviting homey vibe. Great location, very impressed with all the staff. APFM was very consistent and patient with us as making this decision is a huge deal for loved ones! First Impression on arrival - very friendly and accommodating staff. Very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Gave me a great tour of the place. I really appreciated that I was actually shown 2 apartments that I could choose as my selection, and I liked the 1st apartment, which was completely remodeled, 2 bedrooms, which was nice for me, and my family. Funny thing - after the tour - we liked it so much, we signed the lease in the same day!! My son came to sit in as the director explained the lease, and he liked the community as well.

Great place to live, I have met so many people that have become my friends. We have have an abundance of activities that take place everyday. Food truck Fridays just started back up with the warm weather. I have enjoyed my time here, its my new Home!

I have friends who have tried other communities, but they always come back home to storypoint. Ive been here for 5 years and I really enjoy living in my home. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous; the interior is well cared for and the staff and residents here are all so wonderful. I can't say enough about our leader. I feel blessed to be a part of this family.

The location is nice and all residents are friendly and manage their own activities. Staff is only in 2 days a week but are helpful. No food in this situation as it is independent sr living apt. Clean place and large apartment options. Since it is part of Storypoint with Danbury, some activities can be shared next door with them and Danbury staff is also nice and helpful.

The staff is delightful and caring. Their activities are diverse and fun. They genuinely care!

This facilities environment is beautiful, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff is truly top-notch, professional, kind, and attentive. Everything was beautiful and thoughtfully cared for creating a warm and invite inviting atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to make this experience one you’ll never forget.

I would recommend the facility as the staff was friendly and cared out my dad. They made sure he made it down for his meal every day. They saw he received a hair cut and shave when needed.

It began with the care coordinator, after meeting with mom, they helped place her in the best area of the facility for her memory care needs..."a place with people at the same stage, friends to join in activities both on and off site. Mom paints and loves gardening. In 3 months the recreation staff have sought her out for trips to the botanical gardens, and to buy plants sor the facility gardens. She has painting classes and libraries. Every day she raves about the food, that she sleeps well and truly enjoys her new friends.
