We have had a great experience at Story Pointe. My mother is settling in nicely and everyone is really nice. Everyone knows her name and her needs. They do a great job checking on her. They manage her medication and always make sure she is eating. Overall it has been a very good experience.

What we like the most about the community is their friendly staff, the wide halls which makes it feel large. It is a newer building that provides housekeeping, shuttle and many activities as part of monthly fee.

Our mother has been in this community for a little over 4 months now and we are very happy and pleased on how she has adjusted. It was a major move for our mom, but she is doing very well. The facility is very clean and they do a tremendous job with holiday decorations and events. Also, we find the food to be very good and a nice variety. Overall, her experience has met / exceeded our expectations.

Toured StoryPoint Medina this summer while researching care facilities for my 80 year old mother. StoryPoint was far and away the best facility we visited in the region. New, clean and well maintained with a competent and caring staff. We moved mom into StroyPoint in August and it has continued to exceed our expectations. She is happy and considers it “home.”

Independence Village was fantastic for our mom. A great balance for her between Independence and the help she needs management and staff made it feel like home with their kindness and caring.

Across the board the staff at Independence Village is kin, caring, thoughtful and considerate. They frequently went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my mother was happy and comfortable. In addition it is a nice updated facility offering a good variety of services and activities

We are so grateful to have found this assisted living residence for my dad. The staff are genuinely caring, attentive, and treat residents with real kindness and respect. My dad's apartment is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which gave our family peace of mind right away. He was able to bring all of his own furniture and decorations to make his apartment feel like home! There are also plenty of activities that keep the residents engaged, social, and active, which has made a big difference in my dad’s happiness and quality of life. We truly appreciate everything the team does and highly recommend this community to other families looking for excellent care. Briarwood Assisted Living is absolutely the best around!

Moved my Dad here last year. Beautiful facility and very helpful staff. It was a great decision to move him to Story Point. Apartments are very well appointed, meals are excellent. Overall facility offers so many amenities and activities for the residents.

My sister moved into story point after the passing of her husband and has received quality supportive services to meet her needs at StoryPoint. She relocated there after living in a beautiful home for over 25 years and to see that she has been more motivated and independent since being at StoryPoint . My parents have lived at StoryPoint for two years. I am very grateful for the great experiences and friendships they've made there and I'm beyond grateful for the kindness and care they have received as their lives changed and they needed more support. I own a Networking group called [removed name]. We have been around for 17 years. We set up a meeting at Storypoint North in Ft Wayne, IN with [removed name] to come and see the facilities and tour. Not only was the meeting great, [removed name], [removed name] + I set about to have our weekly lunch meetings at Storypoint N to give the residents something to attend, meeting some business owners in the area & it gives me the opportunity to promote Storypoint each week on social media so that others can see. It is helping us meet the residents and the residents know we are there and welcome them if they are interested. [removed name]tries to help promote events and participate so that others get to know Storypoint N. We all feel like family now. Thank you T[removed names] for seeing outside the box!

[name removed] chose Pinebrook because they had a 2 bedroom. The apartment has high ceilings making it feel roomy. The whole place has good lighting. It felt more like a home and less like a cave. Plus the apartment has a stove. I would recommend to others.

My dad was understandably kind of grumpy about moving out of his house, but even he has to admit this is a great place for independent living. The facility is beautiful and feels like a nice resort style hotel. The staff are first rate and get to know everyone by name and the food is very good and well presented. I stayed there for four days in a respite room myself when I was caring for him after surgery and felt quite spoiled by the comfort and food. Everything is thought of and taken care of.

My dad has been at Storypoint for 3 1/2 years. The staff are amazing! They genuinely care for the residents, I know making a hard decision he best decision our family made.
