A Gift From God.
[name removed] and the staff at Emmanuel were outstanding. The care, compassion and dignity they provided for our Mother was excellent! We had a very disappointing experience in a rehab center in the area. We were desperate to move our mother into a better situation. We were blessed to learn that Emmanuel had an available bed. After an introduction to Emmanuel management and staff, we didn’t waste any time and moved her in the next day. Words cannot describe the excellent experience Emmanuel provided to our Mother. We are very grateful to the entire Emmanuel team and give them the highest of recommendations to anyone seeking care for their precious loved one.

Great Care! Amazing staff
Emmanuel staff was exceptionally caring, the house was always very clean - not once in over a year did we catch even a small whiff of urine or any other negative smells. Dad enjoyed the food (the last joy in life). Liked that there were only a few residents. Very welcoming and home-like feeling. Highly recommend this home.

Excellent senior care in a small-group setting
My father has lived at Emmanuel Senior Living for a number of years and he has had a very good experience there — and I have had a great experience as a family member! The caregiving team is attentive, organized, and thorough, as well as very caring and thoughtful for each of the seniors who live there. My father has complex health issues requiring diligent medication management as well as collaboration with different doctors and medical professionals, and he has been very well supported at Emmanuel. I live out of state and the caregiving team is great about communicating with me and keeping me informed about my father’s health and needs as we all work together to support his well-being. The caregiving staff are dedicated to providing very high-quality care and to making a healthy, comfortable, and pleasant living environment for my father and all the seniors. I highly recommend Emmanuel for your loved ones who require attentive, caring, and meaningful support in their elder years.

If you're looking for a safe and loving environment for your parents or loved one, this is the place. The family of caregivers are compassionate, dedicated and always render the kind of care that promotes healing and an environment that's safe and clean for its clients. The menus are healthy and customized to the specification for each patient. I highly recommend Emmanuel Senior Living for the quality of care they provide.

Emmanuel Senior Living a great place
I find Emmanuel to be a clean and safe environment. The staff is friendly and very attentive to the needs of their residents. Definitely worth considering if a family / friend / loved one can no longer remain at home. Emmanuel is much better alternative to a large facility when personal, one-on-one care is desired.

A perfect fit- so glad we found it
My brother lived with our parents until they passed. Several retirement facilities (2 closed!) came next. He needed more support and we found Emmanuel Senior Living. He is somewhat autistic and is comfortable and thriving in this group home environment. The staff is caring and respectful. The manager has gone above and beyond to work with my other brother and I to ensure his welfare. I live 2000 miles away and connect with him by zoom every day and can connect with medical personnel making home visits. We are so grateful to have found Emmanuel.

Awesome
My dad was ill for a long time before he passed. So when my mom got sick, I knew what to expect. I did a lot of research- then decided to bring my mom to Emmanuel’s.
It was best decision I ever made. From the first day, it was always evident that the staff truly cares for others. I knew I didn’t have to worry about her. They kept her always clean and the food was extremely good. She as happy! Mom stayed here for several years before she passed. I thank them for being there for us.

Just like home!
My grandmother lived at Emmanuel the last few year of her life. They treated her like family! It’s a hard thing to place a loved one in a “facility” when they can no longer care for themselves. At Emmanuel, it never felt like a facility! They celebrate birthdays of all of their residents and holidays as a group/family. The team at Emmanuel is kind, caring, patient, and understanding! My gramma was happy there! ??

Look elsewhere!
My mom was a resident of this facility. It was a very bad experience. Most residents are parked in front of the tv all day and virtually ignored. All meals are the same thing - some soup and a sandwich. The primary owner was completely incapable of making any decisions and incessantly called/texted our family at all hours of the day and night. We eventually removed our mom and found her a better environment. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere when finding a place for your loved one.

Do NOT put your loved ones here!
This place is HORRIFIC! There is a huge "no visitors" sign on the door and it takes them forever to answer the door. When [name removed] aka [name removed], who was apparently watching tv, finally came to greet us. A resident was walking by to use the bathroom and [name removed] VERY curtly said to him, "Do you mind? I'm in the middle of a tour. Go back to your room and close the door!" He complied in a very zombie-like state. We left immediately.

My brother is very happy with his new home. I am happy to hear he enjoys the community. The staff are nice and helpful and I am able to talk with them easily. The facility is kept well cleaned. My brother likes his meals that they make for him. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

Would not recommend.I had called and set up appt. to visit as a place to send our mom, as she was accepted at this location. The gentleman was very nice, showed us around, explained activities they had, told us about the facility. Then he drops on us that he had taken a deposit 2 hours after I called and made appt, 2 hours before our visit the same day. We were so disgusted that he would do this, and without even a phone call to say he had taken a deposit. We travelled from 696 area in rush hour traffic. Not once did he apologize, or think that he did anything wrong.
