As a licensed and secure facility, we followed all necessary protocols to ensure their safety and well-being. It is important to note that healthcare facilities, such as ours, are only permitted to admit residents who meet specific criteria, including those related to the facility's licensing and ability to provide appropriate care. We understand that your loved one experienced challenging behaviors during their stay, including incidents of violence, which ultimately led to their discharge. Despite these challenges, we were the only facility willing and equipped to provide the necessary care at the time of their admission. We are aware of the serious allegations you have made. However, we must emphasize that these claims are unfounded and do not reflect the standards and practices of Forsyth Senior Estates. Additionally, it has come to our attention that there were concerns about inappropriate actions, including unauthorized access to my office by yourself and a family member,captured on video during your visits to our facility. We take accusations of any unprofessional behavior seriously and are committed to addressing any concerns in line with our policies and procedures. We encourage anyone interested in our facility to do thorough research, including reviewing our licensing and commitment to high-quality care.
