There were some issues initially though we pay for 2 extra caregivers during the day. Felt mom was not getting the attention she needed. Had to call the head guy to get room cleaned. Apartment size is fine. They all complain about the food but there is plenty of selections.

The care was fine although I didnt need much care. The apartments were fine. I was in the smallest, but everyone seemed satified. The only complaints I heard were things like garbage not emptied on time or laundry dekays but my service was perfect. There are constant activities and the resdents really like them. The food is fine. If you dont like the main dish there are lots of options. Overall, i would keep this high on the list. I would recommend TerraBella community to other families.

Nice sized rooms. Facility is very clean without smell. Wish the staff would spend more time with the residents and less on their phone. We would recommend TerraBella Greensboro to other families.

My father has been there a month. My low rating is specifically related to the following: poor clinical management, communication and follow through with plan of care; on floor care managers (cna) are generally unavailable and take between 30-60 min to respond to call; residents go to dining hall 30-45 min before meals and get seats which makes it hard for people with limited mobility to wait to arrive. No assigned seating. Room size I rate at a 5 for lay out and value. Kitchenette is great and walk in closet is nice feature. Whole building generator is great feature. Major problem with the two elevators is bad.

One of two elevators frequently out of service for days to months, which significantly delays movement of mobility-impaired residents between residential and social floors. Also, because caregivers have to climb stairs or wait for the one elevator, responsiveness to residents' needs is negatively effected. Social activities are a strength overall , but activity staff often do not show up which makes the schedule unreliable and frustrating for interested residents. Gas oven had been in disrepair for a number of weeks, significantly limiting meal options. Executive management has improved overall, especially enforcing caregiver accountability for timely response to residents' call buttons.

It is a very nice facility. It does take them a while to get things fixed though. Apartments are nice and help to keep resident privacy.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone seems to go out of their way to get you. What you need. I also think the food is very good and you can make changes when you need personal choices. I would not hesitate to recommend this Assisted Living to your clients.

I recerntlyo a virtual tourof this facility. The marketing was thoroughil covered and very helpful Terrabellais not new but ithas been renovated with things a new resident would want.There are lots of daily activities.it is inviting& and haswhaftever a person needs. .

I've had to clean my mom's toilet a few times. They lock up their toiletries which I think is weird. I find that the staff sits down and watches tv a lot. They have made mistakes on my invoice and it's hard to get anyone to call me back about it. She pays $[removed]for a 10 x 10 room.

[removed name] and [removed name]were quite helpful. The entire management team is awesome. They made the transition as smooth as possible. The facility has been updated, it's neat, beautifully decorated each season, and it smells fresh. The staff appear professional and welcoming. The residents have ample activities to choose from. There are also several activities planned for the family as well. The food is tasty. The rooms are kept clean. The prices are comparable or better than most. I would recommend this facility to others.

Terra Bella has been a great place for my mother in law! She is being well taken care of. The staff is friendly and professional and the facility is nice, clean, and comfortable. I also like the outdoor areas for visiting. On a scale of 1 - 5 I would say 4. The reason is because of the response time when the button is depressed takes too long.

Excellent facility. Very knowledgeable people in talking with [name removed]and [name removed]. Reasonably priced. Definitely consider this place for my Dad. One of the best places I researched and would recommend to anyone looking for a assisted living facility.

I would recommend Terrabella to families having at least one local member who visits their resident parent at least twice weekly to monitor adequate care, and as necessary to assertively advocate for acceptable care. That's what it took before until Terrabella became a truly good " place for Mom."

This was my second facility i toured. I was greeted at the beginning as if I was part of the community. From the receptionist to the activity director and the maintenance guy all with friendly faces. The tour and room I was impressed with was just the perfect fit for my mom. The community overall felt like home for my mom. Nice and clean with friendly faces. Great place Thanks [name removed]

5 for all-- #8 is probably a stretch for a 5-- but I've never looked at other places' prices. I hear complaints, but that's human nature, and remember that the residents have lost their autonomy. Even the receptionist at the front desk knows EVERONE'S name! I would recommend TerraBella Greensboro to other families based on the experience so far.

The care staff members are very good at checking on me several times each day. The dining room is very loud due to one person who moved to our facility with several people when their facility closed. It has changed the atmosphere terribly.The wait staff need to be trained how to serve the food.

The facility is always nice and clean. The staff are friendly and very competent. My loved one is very happy there and treated well. I'd recommend to others. The food is also good.
