Welcome to your new home at Greenridge Place in Westminster, Colorado — a community that exclusively focuses on memory care and preserving a high quality of life across residents. The facilities were fine and there were a lot of innovative activities to get the members involved; however, it seemed a little crowded and the group swarmed us for the entire visit which was a little overwhelming.

We have nothing but good things to say about Green Ridge Place.... really have a good process in place to take care of my MIL. The only downside is that there's been recent turnover. But it's been a very good place for my mother-in-law a lot better than the other place.

We chose another community after visiting many places, including Green Ridge. While we were impressed with [name removed] and the tour, we opted for the lower priced facility. We quickly felt we made a mistake, so we ended up transferring mom to Greenridge. It is a much better experience from the workers to the managers to mom's care. We should have gone with our heart and chosen Green Ridge first.

While the facility was clean, the quality of help overall was poor, with individual exceptions. Mom was hospitalized several times for fall injuries which we felt were preventable with elevated staff professionalism (education) and increased staffing levels. It became apparent this company puts its profit over its patient care.

I felt they specialized in Memory Care. They don't do Assisted Living. They are prepared to handle the needs of the resident all the way to hospice. All the staff I met were very caring.

What our family likes the most about Greenridge Place is the staff focus on memory care up to and including the continuous layout so wanderers never reach a dead end and are easy for staff to observe.

The staff is much more attentive to the needs of the residents than I have seen at other facilities. The therapy staff are also friendly and helpful and visit those requesting therapy frequently. Also, the medical provider ([name removed]) gives me updates on patient status every two weeks. They keep track of how much the residents are eating so they keep them healthy. They also make daily exercise almost mandatory, which I like. The only down side seems to be the same everywhere I went. Most residents in memory care cannot carry a conversation, so not a lot of social interaction. Such is memory care.

Our experience was not very good at all and the main reason being the lack of staffing at the facility. We felt that they were very understaffed for what they were offering and therefore could not follow through with what they said they could provide. They required our mother-in-law to stay there for a minimum of 10 hours and would only get breaks when we would substitute. We were paying for something that we were not getting which to else just defeated the purpose of having our loved one at a community.

We’ve been fans of your community since you opened. Then when we needed a safe home for our Aunt, there you were! We are so blessed to have your entire staff as family! We truly do think of you as family. Your hearts are with each resident. You all are very professional, thorough, prompt and kind! The facility is kept very clean and attractive. I would recommend the community based on the tour. I was impressed about the community on the tour. The community has several different activities for the residents. They even will take residents out into the community before and after COVID.

The staff at Greenridge are caring, kind and competent. The place is very clean and thoughtfully set up for the population it serves. Greenridge has done an amazing job navigating activities and communication between residents and loved ones while conscientously following safety precautions during the pandemic. Greenridge has proven to give care to the residents as if they are their loved ones.

I recently met the director [name removed] who toured us around the facility and let me tell you!! She was the first director on several tours we've been on that knew the residents names and stopped to talk to them! We were impressed my the food and the engagement. Unfortunately my dad passed before we could move in but I would highly recommend this facility based on my initial interaction. [name removed] even called with her condolences and we will be referring families to Greenridge!
