Our facility is a micro community meaning there is not a large amount of residents and we are able to focus our attention to each individual personally. Here at Haven Care Home Evergreen, we help guide our residents with their daily life needs. We will provide them 3 cooked meals per day within their dietary plan. We will also assist with bathing, toileting, light housekeeping, laundry, medication assistance, and regular check ins. Our residents have their independence but with the peace of mind that there is staff available. We have tons of activities scheduled for our patients to ensure they are getting exercise and socializing among their peers.
