I think this is a fantastic community for your loved ones needing memory care. The rooms are large and you can bring your own furniture and decorations. The patient to staff ratio is great and the cost is not astronomical. The only downsides are there is no a registered nurse on 24/7 and there are no motion sensors/monitors in the bedrooms to monitor falls. But overall I think if you are considering this facility for your loved one, they will have fantastic care.

I was pleasantly surprised by Heritage Hill. [name removed] and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Each room was set up like an apartment and not the 'hospital' setting I was expecting. We decided not to place my mother in a facility at this time, but when the time comes, Heritage Hill Senior Community will be the top selection on our list.

I've been a resident at Heritage Hill for almost three months now, and I feel at home with the caring of staff who have responded to my concerns and requests with "How can I help?" I enjoy our mild exercise sessions each week as well as fun at Bingo. We have been fortunate to enjoy guests who entertain us periodically. The meals are delicious and nutritious. I've been getting to know fellow residents who have become friends. I have been blessed with my life here at Heritage Hill.

My brother moved to Heritage Hill in January. His overall health has improved. With the daily activities, he is more mentally alert. The nutritious meals have helped him lose some weight. ( which the doctor wanted him to lose). All of the staff is friendly and helpful. They do a fantastic job!

My mother is a resident at this facility and I could not be more pleased. The facility itself is always clean and welcoming for both residents and visitors. The administration and staff are professional, attentive, understanding, and caring for the residents. They also keep me well informed as to how my mother is doing and any of her needs. Finally, they also provide adequate activities to keep the residence engaged.

I would give a rating of 5 to everything you mentioned. My sister, [name removed], loves to take part in the activities. She never complains about the food. Her room is always clean when we visit her. The one exception is when I have to talk to someone in charge of a department I usually get a recording. I have to leave a message and I don't receive a call back.

Everything with Heritage Hill has been first class. The way the team did visitation tours to paperwork. The main part is the care my mom is receiving. It has been outstanding and the communication to the family has been spot on!

Always short staffed. Rarely saw anyone come into my mom's room while there so I assume that was the standard. Long waits if she called for help. They did not care about how they dressed her. Often just a sweater on top( my mom was ALWAYS cold which we told them. And provided them with warm undershirts. Clothes on backwards, inside out, not matching. Hair rarely combed.

Before choosing Heritage Hill, we explored several senior living options, but none offered the warmth and sense of community we found here. The staff is wonderful, always ready to provide updates on her well-being whenever we call, and we are welcome to visit her anytime. During our visits, we see her actively participating in activities, enjoying her meals, and living in a clean, welcoming environment. Heritage Hill’s team has also gone above and beyond to meet her medical needs, arranging transportation and companionship whenever she requires care at outside facilities. They have fully embraced her as part of the community, helping her engage in activities and making her feel truly at home. My family and I couldn't be more grateful for Heritage Hill Senior Community.

I wish Heritage Hill was our first choice to place my wife who has advanced Alzheimer’s disease. But it was not and had to move her. I am writing this after a year of her being at Heritage Hill. The entire staff has given us peace of mind knowing she is taken care of and just importantly she is given attention and love. The first time I walked in I felt like I was in someone’s home and that has not changed. The facility is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The staff in the memory care wing are well trained and Heritage Hill provides ongoing training both internal and with external agencies. No issue has arisen that has not been promptly addressed with satisfactory results. If you are looking for a place that gets it, Heritage Hill is worth checking out.

My father moved here from a highly rated luxury facility near Philadelphia. We moved him to Heritage Hill to bring him closer to family. Although that facility looked prettier, the care at Heritage Hill was far superior. Heritage Hill accepted my father as one of the family, was responsive to his needs, and gave him comfort in the last few months of his life. The staff were genuinely caring and responsive to his needs. The housekeeping and laundry service was far better than his previous residence. He received all of these services for a little more than half the price of the previous facility. 5 Stars all around!!
