I did a lot of comparing before picking this location. I love that the ceiling is all sky lights and it has all natural light. Each apartment has an indoor balcony area that overlooks the common areas. People sit outside of their apartments, you can walk around on each floor and see people, and this is year round. I liked this much better than outdoor private patio areas. It allows people to be social and watch what's going on. Residents can sit on their balconies to listen to the music activities or go down and be with others. Their own apartment allows them to have privacy if they want or be social in the common areas or activities. The staff have been wonderful with my mother. They are caring and friendly and they are very personable. They address my mother by name, remember what she likes to drink, and make meal times very pleasant. The food is good and they always have a good selection, offering multiple choices each meal. There are snacks and drinks available in the center of the court yard all day. My mother could no longer live alone, independently. I feel much better having her here!
