The facility has everything they need food included, and a nice dining room , electricity, water , garbage cable Wi-Fi free laundromat two of them ,library ect. Housekeeping once a week.all this included in their rent. Staff ~ caring ,helpful ,attentive, I can't say enough good things about them. The GM [Name removed] is awesome.

A nice tour. All my questions were answered. But an expensive move. Not sure if my portfolio can afford this Was told the monthly fee goes up every January 5%-10%

A friend recently moved into this facility. This is a vast improvement over where she was. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues were taken care of within the hour not days, like previously experienced at another place. The office staff has been welcoming and seems to be very knowledgeable about their work. The food we’ve been experienced while here has been phenomenal, compared to the high dollar place she came from. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new independent living situation to really look into this place.

Wonderful facility with so much to offer! Spacious apartment, beautiful garden, numerous outdoor settings, indoor places to sit and relax, clean and organized! General manager [name removed] and sales manager [name removed] went far beyond usual service to help us find appropriate accommodation to match our financial ability. Their professionalism and kind personality made all the difference for us. We would highly recommend Holiday Montera assisted living to anyone who wants to live hotel- like style without having to worry about anything but showing up! Thank you!!!

They have roaches Excuse they boarder a pond or water source. Their food is quit bad. Not tasty. Poorly served cold, Small amount. Fancy names. But terrible. [Name Removed] is great there For PT and Nursing

It's a very nice place the food selection is a bit limited if your family member has issues like no teeth and are just a finicky eater. Some of the communication can be better especially if you're planning on moving out. The fact that there is no form to fill out there or way to do it on sight you need to bring a written letter preferably typed which is hard if your loved one doesn't have a computer or printer. Would really appreciate if that was made easier.

My Brother-in-law never complained about anything during his stay. After returning to his home, he commented he needed to adjust to changes with his physical abilities after his multiple diagnosis and medical conditions discovered during his hospitalization.

My brother is the one who is the new resident! I give the whole experience a 5. Excellent made the decision soooo easy for my brother to move in! I would recommend, they were very helpful in every way. The tour was helpful in the decision making and office personnel made my brother feel at ease and safe there. We did some research and Thornton place was the one!

My experiences are positive on all those things! They positively pamper us and spoil us in the dining room, the food is pretty good for the most part, the rooms are pretty standard size. From what I can tell comparable to the other studios , I have seen another places - I'm in a studio apartment, the staff has been super from the administration right down to the dining room. Staff cooks and housekeepers. They have activities 7 days a week. And there's so much variety! Lots of fun and excellence staff for activities , person. The place is kept clean and in better repair than the places I used to live.

*It is bright and cheerful. *Staff are all wonderful! Attentive and friendly. *Food is delicious and mom gets 3 meals a day. *Lots of activities!

I liked they offered a huge variety of services and they could tailor care towards his needs. They were also very helpful. I would recommend the Holiday Essex House to anyone

We have been very pleased with our experience at Burlington Gardens. The staff is kind, friendly and caring as are most of the residents. My M-I-L has been very pleased with her apartment... just the right size for her needs but it doesn't feel small or cramped. [Name removed] has made friends and at age 97 has managed to maintain her cognitive abilities as there is always someone to talk to. Meals are good and the staff knows her and her preferences...she really likes that!

We loved this location for our loved one but unfortunately she fell ill before moving in and it didn't work out. She needed a more assisted living community. The staff were amazing and the facilities were great! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for I independent living in Derry.

Our mother enjoys her apartment when she is not out or away spending time with her children. She rates the place a 5. She loves the staff, the food & the dining experience is great! The entire Staff is wonderful to her and us as guests; very helpful all the time! She has a studio room that is perfect for her. It is so easy to keep clean. She loves her weekly cleaning staff & refresh of towels & sheets weekly. The staff does different rolls such as cleaning, serving food, washing dishes/ linens etc...anything that is needed; all with a smile and a helpful hand when needed. She has met and made a lot of friends in her couple of years being in her apartment. She loves the friendly activities director, loves the entertainment, festivals & daily activities offered. She would play Bingo every day if she could. Thank you for a great experience of senior living for our mother.

The manager was very helpful and friendly. There was time for questions, and left satisfied! The facility was clean and top notch!

The process was much easier than I thought it would be. The staff (shout out to [name removed]) was super knowledgeable and were able to help with putting both mine and my mom's minds at ease during an uncertain time. Seemed to give my mom something to look forward to with the activities and community - but also glad that she can choose what she wants to participate in. I hate to be so frank but she said she's excited about this instead of feeling like she thought she would - like she was being put out to pasture. I'm glad she has excitement that I haven't seen in her in quite some time.

Excellent place for senior living. Very clean and inviting. Unfortunately my mom needs more care than provided.
