I highly recommend this facility. I love living here We have constant activities that done very well. We have 5 meals to pick from on lunch and dinner. Wonderful staff friendly and helpful at all times.

Tuesday we had a wonderful Memorial Day cookout on the front patio, with music and good food on lovely decorated tables. We have "parties" to celebrate all our steps as we 'walk' from Dover to Boston, New York,Washington, Florida and we are on our way to New Orleans. Every day we record our progress. We are treated to an hourly concert , accompanied by hot pop corn, each week.There are programs for health and spiritual subjects as well as games and puzzles to challenge the minds. Food is always available.

My father has really enjoyed the place. Apartment size is perfect for him. Staff and food is good. Has made lots of friends.

very friendly staff. While touring encountered 2 of the residances come up to the staff and gave them a hug. The property is very clean and has areas where you can sit and enjoy the quite. Apartments are spacious with lots of cabinets for storage.

Good morning. My brother and I toured this place last week. We were both happy with the experience. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The residence that we encountered during our visit were very welcoming.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The staff is caring, attentive, and always willing to help with anything residents need. The community is clean, welcoming, and offers a great variety of activities that make it easy to stay active and social. The dining options are excellent, and there’s a real sense of comfort and safety throughout the community. I truly appreciate the friendships I’ve made here and the peace of mind that comes with knowing I’m in such a supportive environment. I would highly recommend Blue Water Lodge to anyone looking for a warm and caring place to call home.

My wife and I were very pleased with our introduction to Hartland. [name removed] was very helpful in giving us many details and showing us some potential units. The residents were very friendly in greeting us as well. Hartland appears to be well maintained and well managed.

This place is beautiful! I was very impressed with everything about it. My mom and step dad were very adamant about not even looking at an assisted-living place. My sisters and I finally talked them into going to see it and they are considering moving. That is a big deal! The rooms were spacious. The two bedroom/2 bathroom even had a bathtub. We particularly liked that all meals are cooked for them and they can eat in the dining room or in their own apartment. Everything is clean. We were very impressed with the entire facility. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We are hoping to move our mom and step dad within the next few months.

As a permanent Residence I’m sure this rates a 5. The staff were pleasant and professional. The facility was in excellent condition and well appointed. Rooms were more than adequate. I’m only disappointed that they require 30 days for any respite stay. At this time I require shorter stays. Would not hesitate to consider Quail Run for placement for my husband.

I recently moved into Echo Ridge. The staff is absolutely wonderful and VERY HELPFUL. I am so glad that I chose Echo Ridge. They have a wide variety of activities going on everyday. Residents have a wide variety of choices to keep us occupied every day. I am looking forward to trying all activities. I amglad that I chose Echo Ridge.

[name removed] was wonderful to work with and made a difficult transition feel smooth and manageable. The apartment was the perfect size and very affordable. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has an excellent reputation. Everything also came together perfectly timing-wise, which made the entire experience even better.

This place was very welcoming. A few of the residents were sitting out there having a great conversation with each other. Jill our tour leader was full of information and gave us a helpful guide of questions to ask. My husband and I were ready to sign-up! Still looking at a few more facilities to compare. This facility is over 30 old but is well maintained.

The experience was very nice but I was disappointed by the outdoor parking situation and lack of 24 hour security service. At this time, I am also looking got a larger living space

Everything was great! Personnel were friendly and informative. I had lunch with two residents and the food was good and their company was friendly and informative as well. They are definitely on my good list, when I actually know when I want to make the move. I need to figure what is best for me, sell or rent my current home, which is still several months down the line. Thanks, joyce

The staff is friendly and dedicated. The facilities are simple, clean and community-centered. The cost is very reasonable given the quality of care and services. The food is consistently good. I wish I could keep my father there. If he could afford it, we would make it his permanent home.

The staff works hard to get to know the residents and accommodate their needs when possible. Plenty of daily activities. Very clean with weekly apartment housekeeping. The meals are very good considering they are prepared for 50+ people. A one bedroom is too small for 2 people downsizing for the first time. Only 1 elevator for a 3 story building.

Staff and residents were very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and maintained. The apartments are spacious. My brother and sister chose Holiday Andover House after several other facilities were toured.

We have been here for over a year and have enjoyed the staff and residents very much and have made so many friends. The events and activities are plentiful so there's lots to keep you busy. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and you can enjoy peaceful walks every day.
