I wasn't a resident there, so I really don't know that much. the place was clean staff seemed friendly. The apartment was very nice. That is all I know.

Not at this time. I am still evaluating this place. Never having used such a place before myself have to readjust. I like having the interaction with the residents. The only interaction I do is the bingo.

My sister absolutely loves living at Home Harbor Assisted Living. After we got her in, everything has been great. She has met a lot of wonderful people. I had trouble getting her in because they were not getting back to me, so finally I just walked in and we had to fill everything out again. The person that was handling the new people applying for an apartment was new and then the person that did it for years came back so everything got straightened out. She gets therapy there and it is great and has helped a lot. Everyone I know that have had relatives there said they love it. The place is very clean and they have lots of activities for the people that live there. The staff at Home Harbor are also very nice.

This is a good place to be and place your loved one. For the value this is an extremely good option in my opinion. The staff communication with the family has been good when we have questions about our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There is a lot of variety of activities available as well.

We chose Home Harbor because of not only the care provided, but we know someone else from our church who was here and she had a positive experience. They also had a lot of services offered and the value for the money played a part in our decision as well. They do have a special financial assistance program that the resident may qualify for and that helps on the cost of rent. I would recommend them to other families looking.

My loved one loves the food here. The residents have been able to play bingo, and my loved one has even been able to play the organ in the chapel. My loved one is overjoyed to be there. We are very confident that my loved one is safe and well care for.

We chose Home Harbour because the administrative staff were extremely helpful with getting everything set up and the facility itself was a nice layout as well. I thought the room sizes here were very good especially for the amount of money that you pay. I was very happy with the experience we had at Home Harbour and I would recommend them.

They have been so helpful at Home Harbor with questions. It has been hard with me being far away. They have great communication. Activities are limited now. Mom has been very happy with activities and making friends prior to the quarantine. They are very responsive to my needs as well as Mom's. They are very proactive with care. I have been very pleased with their rapid response to Covid-19, they were very quick to limit contact. There are Cub Fans there and we love that.

My Aunt moved in last summer and we came into town. She gave us the "grand tour". Her apartment is beautiful with full kitchen and bath. Residents were very friendly and inviting.

I am writing this on behalf of my friend who is a resident at Home Harbor, She appreciates how safe and peaceful she feels in her apartment and in the spacious complex at large. She enjoys the meals and the friendships she has formed with her dinner companions. She liks being able to park her car in a well-lit and heated garage and enjoys the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. My friend is very happy with her modern, large apartment and feels that overall, Home Harbor has been a positive living experience for her.

Great facility, beautiful apartments Only food is expensive $305.00 additional for each breakfast,lunch & dinner. For my Dad I selected only dinner. I will Pea Pod drop breakfast items and he likes fruit for lunch.

I called and check on mom the other day and she said I know I'm not in heaven but it sure seems that way here, I love it here. She has a 1 bedroom apartment with a big patio area that over looks the street which she loves. The workers and the residents are very friendly.They will go and check on mom. Mom is enjoying all the daily activities they have to offer and the outings . She is going to an exercise class and making lots of friends.

I have mixed feelings about how my mothers stay is going at this community. The staff are friendly and and seem to be happy most of the time while they are working. My mother has to move out of this facility because they want to charge for every additional thing that she would need help with and that is just a little ridiculous in my opinion.

I think so far it has been a very good fit for her. My mother seems to be very happy with getting to know other residents and she loves the meals. She is hoping to join in some of the many activities that they have available, They have a hairdresser on site and the facility is pretty large, so there is a lot going on which is what she wanted.

When I had gathered all of the information about this community it had initially looked cheaper then some of the other facilities I had taken a tour of for my loved one. Once I sat down and started going over all the paper work I realized that they charge you for every little extra thing. If my mom needed to press the call light for help or even needed help once in a while getting around she would be charged. All of it added up and began to get really expensive, I was not impressed.

The staff that offered the tour at Home Harbor Assisted Living were very pleasant. The community is nicely kept and maintained. It would have been helpful if the community would disclose if they accepted Medicaid before having to take the full tour. This could save other families a lot of time in their senior living search.

My loved one has been here for about two months so far. I think it's a fantastic place. Everyone that he came in contact with has been friendly and courteous. The place is immaculate. The staff is phenomenal. It's a great value. He feels safe. They really help you with finding out which financial plan will work for you. I have recommend this facility to people I know. It's fantastic. (Activities is not applicable)

I typically don't write reviews, but I did not hesitate to write this one. My sister moved to Home Harbor two weeks ago and LOVES living there! She had a stroke 1 1/2 years ago and has been living in our home since then. All of the Home Harbor team, and I mean every single one, has been absolutely fantastic. The facility is inviting, clean, incredibly organized and the residents and staff are HAPPY! As my sister's primary care giver over the last 1 1/2 years, I was understandably concerned that she live in a safe, clean and positive environment, I am VERY particular, and I can honestly say that I have absolutely no concerns about her safety or care at Home Harbor. From the moment she moved it, she was welcomed by everyone and has been involved in more social activities and therapy than we could have ever hoped for. She summed it up best when she said, "This is a joyous place to live and I'm so happy here!" What more could we ask for? If I could fit into my 8th grade cheerleading outfit (which, trust me ... I can't!) I would do a cheer loud enough for everyone who is looking for Assisted Living to hear. Home Harbor has their act together and when I get to the point where I need to live in Assisted Living, I hope there is an apartment available!
