There is no housekeeping of the apartment, but the hallways seem well maintained. They have had no contact with family, none has been needed. Overall, it is very nice. There are high school kind of like clichés that are hard to penetrate, but that's normal with groups of people. My apartment seems to be warm most of the time. Even if outside temperatures were single digits, I never used the heat. Nice place, safe, I would recommend it to someone who is independent and does not rely on others.
