What I like the most about the community is the Cleanliness of the common areas. The amenities (beauty shop), chapel, and the gym. Friendliness of both the staff and residents.

What we like the most about the community is that it is quiet and safe. Yes, we would recommend Homestead Village Beavercreek to other families based on the experience.

Everyone who we have come in contact with have been extremely helpful. The other residents are great as well. Apartments are big and there is lots to do in the lobby area.

I love it here. Free gourmet coffee. Amenities are electric, internet, cable, animals are ok. Doggie park. included in your rent. Even renter insurance at a small monthly charge. Well worth it. Only have to be independent to live here.

The lady at the front text is named [name removed]. She takes applications and shows apartments. She is great, and so helpful! Some apartments I looked at were not even interested in whether I got an apartment or not. Homestead village made me feel important and was interested in my wants and needs. The first floor with the fountain and all the rooms for different activities, plus a dog grooming place is so nice. It's very pet friendly. And the people that live there are are so friendly, I'm very happy there.

What we like the most about the community is the friendly and helpful staff. Other residents seem open to befriending new people and it really has a genuine community feel.

I love it here. It's a beautiful. It is very clean and has social activities for those that want to participate. I like the washer and dryers on each floor that only cost $2.00 each.

Awesome facility with helpful staff and friendly residents. The residents and staff welcomed my brother in with open arms. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents actively engaged and creates a super social atmosphere.

Everyone is nice and friendly. Lots of nice things here. Nice and clean, laundry is on same floor, so nice and convenient. Only been here a few months, but seems real nice. Mail boxes are downstairs. Have a place to get coffee, snacks, place for haircuts, dog wash. Lots of residents have pets, they’ve so cute. It’s nice to be able to have our pets. Have carts and wagons to help bring stuff in from outside. You can also get groceries delivered, mostly from Kroger. Places outside to sit and also to grill.

Very nice set up in the lobby. My one bedroom apartment is very comfortable and the staff is wonderful and so is my neighbors

Office personnel nice to be around. This facility is for people that are self sufficient.

They are very helpful and pleasant. I believe the apartments and amenities are perfect for seniors. They do have options. We chose this community over others because of The price, size and availability.

I could not be happier with Homestead Village in Beavercreek. From our very first visit they have been nothing but kind and welcoming. They were extremely helpful with answering all of our questions and were very patient as we got my Mom’s home sold and got everything ready for her to move. She’s been moved in for a few months now and recently told me how relaxed and peaceful she feels in her new apartment. All of the other residents we’ve met have also been extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s really been a great experience. Highly recommend!

Change in staff has helped. As mom is getting older she may have to move to an assisted care facility. She doesn't always feel well so she doesn't always participate. One thing that changed is not being able to go into the formal living room unless it is reserved. That doesn't leave room for casual chatting.

It has been a great experience living here at Homestead Village Of Miamisburg. I highly recommend for retirement living.

They do not provide meals. It's a great setup for over 55 living on there own. It truly has made my sister happy.
