Most of the staff were great. There were a couple of people rubbed me and my mom the wrong way. I had unexpected costs and it turned out to be more expensive than I was originally thought it would be. We would recommend Insignia of Newnan to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The staff was kind, warm and tried their best. I think for assisted or senior living I'd give it a 4. But they claim to have "specialized memory care" and that is not the case so I would say 3.

This was an okay community with an informative tour. It didn't feel like the right fit for our loved one.

They have a level of care cost. I went in expecting one cost, and then it was raised, so I did not care for that. Also my mom was difficult, and they treated her as such, which I did not appreciate.

I feel very comfortable having my mother in law here. She is well cared for and it is a place that I can trust my loved one being at. They have become a second family to her and it makes it even better. The value for the money is unbelievable.

Great place. Very much run as a family home. While the place is smaller and a little outdated. They are putting on an addition for activities and updating where they can. Floors and bathrooms were great. The staff is awesome.

My grandmother lives at Insignia of Newnan. She loves it and so do we! We love the care she receives on a daily basis from the friendly, caring, dedicated, and well trained staff. The food is delicious and the building is clean and safe. I would highly recommend Insignia of Newnan!

Insignia of Newnan has gone above and beyond in making my Grandmother feel loved, taken care of and comfortable. I could not ask for a more caring, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. My mother in law lived at Insignia for 2 years, they took excellent care of her. The activities were great they had a car show, luau, cookouts, ice cream on the front porch. The employees were always ready to help. The Director is always available when I just need to talk.

The staff at the Insignia are great. They take very good care of my loved one and the nurses are so polite. I am happy with the care that he is receiving. The thing I am having a problem with is communication. They do not answer or return my calls.

I have no complaints about the care that my dad had at this community. He was very well taken care of by all of the nursing staff and had a great experience during the duration of his stay. They had a great meal plan and had many activities for the residents to participate while they where there. Overall great place and I would defiantly recommend it.

I had a decent tour of this community. The community is not wheel chair accessible, and I know that is a problem for them. From what I saw the community appeared to be well maintained. The staff was friendly and nice. The room they showed me was a bit small. It just wasn't the community for my father and his needs.

Well, we have had a few little mishaps here and there, but I think everything is okay now. There was a miscommunication with her medication. The facility is low on staff and I think that is part of the problem. Hopefully we have the situation worked out now.

I picked Savannah Court for my wife because it did not feel like a hospital. Brenda Mitchell tried to make it feel like home, and did a very good job. She made each resident feel special. The residents would feel so proud when their artwork or puzzles were displayed on the walls throughout the building. She also was good to her staff. I have seen Brenda fill in for a job, when someone was unable to show up to work.

The reason I selected this community was the feeling of a home instead of an institution. The art work displayed on the walk which was the residents' art and puzzles that were put together by the residents gave it this feeling of home. I feel Brenda Mitchell had a very positive influence for residents and event out of her way to look after everyone.

My mom was moved here from a rehab hospital and we were told there was a facility physician. What we weren't told was that he had discontinued his monthly visits 6 months before, and that he would only treat my mom once she was established as his patient. Something we didn't know until home health needed a physicians order to treat an issue my mom had... Which was delayed until she could be seen and established as his patient (1 week + later). When I spoke to the director she was unaware he no longer worked with the facility. Another surprise for me. They seem to be understaffed quite a lot in the last month. Hopefully this will improve soon. The food is good and kitchen and common areas are clean, but there are times I feel my moms room hasn't been cleaned as it requires. Things like changing bed sheets, cleaning of the bathroom, etc. The building maintenance person has another job as a fire fighter, in the event your issue falls on his work day.... You wait. Overall, it isnt a bad place, but I feel there is lots of room for improvement.

Overall I think they do a good job at Savannah Court, although there are a few ways our experience could be improved. The facility itself is a bit older, but well kept and clean for the most part. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they do feel a bit understaffed. They could have made things more clear during the move-in process that we needed to make specific arrangements with the visiting doctor that the community works with. But overall I think they do a good job taking care of my loved one

My mom was a resident at Savannah for three years. The care she received was unbelievable. The facility may not have the "wow" factor that initially catches your attention, but there is nothing that can replace outstanding care for your loved one.
