They’ve got it down. \n\nAcross the board the staff is great. The food is great. Lots of activities and entertainment for mom from bingo and dominos to movies and musicians. The move in process was smooth and the people were helpful. The meals are okay, but not great. They could do a better job with providing snacks during the off hours and for evening eating after the dining room closes at seven. Sometimes the communication internally is not very good, so you really do need to advocate for your loved one here to help navigate the system, which is a little bit difficult to navigate. This facility seems way more alive and interactive than other Assisted Living places that I have visited. It is located in a central place near restaurants too, so not stuck off in an inaccessible location like some of the other facilities. I think the biggest strength is that they are trying and they are friendly and they do want to work with families and the residents have a positive sense of community. I would recommend this facility to others.
