We are sorry that we are not able to move my mom from N Idaho (due to health restrictions). However, I want to comment on your staff. They were very friendly, your facilities were clean and the kitchen, and other rooms were very inviting.

They are quite expensive. But I am confident that my mother is receiving compassionate care with dignity. I'd say the only issue I have with any of these facilities is that information does not get passed along to other staff members on other shifts. I would like to see more activities. They have bingo and game days and occasionally some entertainment. But daily activities I would like to see a little bit more of. The apartment is clean and easily accessible. They have luggage carts to help you get things up to the rooms. The food seems good. My mother is on a purée diet but all the puréed food taste good, and they actually have a menu in the dining room where you can order what you want. Guests can eat also for a fee. I'd say my only issue is that they serve dinner a little early because lunch is at 12 and then dinner is at five and I think it should be a little later in the day. Mom's not that hungry and such a close proximity of time. There is a physical and occupational therapist there in the building and they work with Mom every day. But they were not able to secure a speech pathologist that could be there every day so she only gets seen one day a week by the speech pathologist. And the staff is always warm and welcoming. They're always using her name, stopping to say hello if they walk by, and my mother is actually more responsive from the stroke since she's been there.

Our tour was very complete and satisfactory. Our tour guide, [name removed], was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave us wonderful insight on being an Ivy Park tenant. The facility is remarkably open and well maintained, and the numerous activities and facilities are easily accessible. We will, when time dictates making a change in our shelter requirements, be in contact with Ivy Park Santa Rosa. As a footnote, [name removed] father, who passed in early 2008, spent his last year there, when it was known as [removed]. He was very happy there, as we were to have him a resident, The facility was very good at that time, and has improved a lot more since then.

The staff at Ivy Park is amazing! They really know there residents from the nurses to waiting staff in the restaurant! They are all so helpful and kind.

I experienced a wonderful and thorough tour with one whose knowledge, positive attitude, and appreciation of the quality of care and facilities offered here at Ivy Park was impressive. I would be not only feel relieved but also delighted to be able to enjoy my friend here, and will remain hopeful that one day he will become a part of this warm and homey community.

Very positive environment. Staff knew residents by name. Felt very comfortable throughout tour. All questions answered and valuable information folder presented. Felt facility safe and grounds were well kept and secure. Have security. Site does not feel like an institution but a welcoming place for living. Feels spacious. Has up to date activity calendars, menus, other important resident info, in individual handouts at several stations. Recommend.

I really like most everything about it. The first thing I liked initially was I already knew some of the main people that work there because they belong to the chamber of commerce that I work for and they've been with the Ivy for many years. Whereas a lot of the other assisted living facilities seem to have a high turn around with employees. The only thing that seems to be very challenging is when the med techs have to get medication filled with Kaiser. There seems to be a disconnect. I think it is more so a Kaiser issue but we're still trying to figure that out. I would like to add a couple things as well just so you have more information. There was of course more factors on as wanting to move my parents to the Ivy Park in Woodland Hills. They have a lot of activities for both residents on the Memory Care and independent living. Their food is good that's another huge thing Especially for my parents. Their medical care team is great! Their price point for both living situation's are very good and their location is close to their doctors.

We absolutely love this place and it exceeded our expectation. A a facility with amenities and services that preserves dignity for our aging community.

We were welcomed here almost like family. The staff adapted quickly to my wife's needs. They are cooperative and agreeable in all situations. The helping staff is always helpful and sweet. The leadership staff is intelligent and always very helpful. All members of the staff are kind and friendly. The food is generally good and varied. They go a long way to accommodate special needs and requests. The facilities are " like new" and light and cheerful. Everyone greets me when I come in, in the morning and they make both of us feel at home here. On the "memory floor" the staff are sweet, gentle with the residents and extremely patient. I'm here with my wife 12 hours a day and I must say that the staff are as patient and respectful with me as they are with the residents. The neighborhood is nice, and we're very close to two freeway entrances and to a Ralphs market. I park daily in the underground parking lot. The security is very good with keypad control of parking lot and building entrances. I could say more but I think I gave you a good idea about this place.

The Ivy was lovely. However, we’ve decided to stay on the Mainland. Costs in Hawaii for facility care are twice what they are here, and the facilities are very similar. Sorry but thanks so much for the tour. Please, now, stop emailing us.

Very helpful and explained things when they could and put me in touch with those who could. I really h I personally we can get things worked out as I really would like to live there.

Their willingness/patience to work with my mother during a med change that caused her problems at first is what has made this such a positive experience.

My mom moved into Ivy Park almost 8 months ago. This is by far the most beautiful assisted living facility we toured: and we seen almost all of them in the area! The staff is top notch, never seen anything like them! The facility is warm, cozy, with large windows, beautifully decorated: it has everything you could want or need inside! The grounds are spectacular, with plenty of areas for outdoor seating, and it also has fireplaces inside & outside. The dining room is open 7-7 and the food is very good: it is to nice to be able to go in & have meals with my mom. The list of daily, weekly activities is endless. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with Ivy Park and their wonderful staff!

My mom moved to Ivy Park a couple of months ago and so far, we've had a wonderful experience. The staff have been very kind, caring, and responsive. The facilities are very nice and well maintained. The dining is also nice, with good selection and good quality food. And the activities are also great.

We love Ivy Terrace. Mom is doing great there.

The staff are lovely! And very patient with [name removed]. The room is great, over looking the courtyard with a pretty view and she can see people out there. Everything is clean and she really likes the food. [name removed] feels very comfortable there also, because her mother had been there many years ago.
