The meals receive a 1 because there are no meals Now that I have experienced apartment living and I know what I need/expect. I enjoy the people but I ideally would like 24 hour staff so medical people can be let into the facility and expect staff to do a Wellness check when asked and know homeless people take refuge by our outdoor mailboxes. Bait and Switch
We traveled from out of state to see this property along with two others. This was the first one and we liked it. We were told that a particular top floor was available and were provided a price. We were sold. When we got home we called to secure the apartment only to learn that the tenants had extended their lease (in other words, it was never fully available). [name removed] was our sales rep working this and he said that there were other units available (same plan and same floor) for the same price. Just to be clear -we texted [name removed] the details that we agreed to and he confirmed. Went to apply for a lease online and the price was more than what he had quoted us and agreed to. We escalated to the regional manager as [name removed] apparently does not have the authority to honor what we had agreed to. Still waiting for a call back from [name removed] and the regional manager. We shortened our exiting lease so that we could move earlier. Took time off from work to move. And now this? Bait and switch

The facility and staff at Mera Henderson are wonderful. I Love their open door policy. Every time you go to their office, to ask a question, their doors are open to assist you with whatever you need. They make your family always feel welcome! My move in pr5ocess was wonderful! Yes! I would definitely recommend Mera Henderson to others! I have no complaints!

Tour experience
Mera Henderson was nice, but the community was smaller, which meant all of the community areas were smaller. Plus the area around the community was more desert which I felt would make it dustier and possibly hotter. This facility was our second choice.

A nice community with a friendly helpful staff.
I love things here, but the rent is too high. I was sold on my original Staffer who worked with me over a year until it opened. Then they fired her and we did not get a chance to say goodbye. She was the one that kept me motivated and excited to come here and up-to-date on every detail of this apartment unit. I don't think they'll stay though because the things that she had planned with us are no longer going to happen. So I'll probably be moving out to find just a regular old apartment. People and relationships are more important to me than amenities.

The property manager and her staff are wonderful and accommodating! The property is beautiful with SO many amenities. Close to commerce and low maintenance living. Highly recommend if you are looking for luxurious living without the hassle of upkeep.

My husband and I are looking forward to moving into Mera Henderson. Our experiences along the way have been absolutely 5 star We have been kept informed as to what to expect upon move in. The amenities in the apartment and the community amenities. [removed] is an upcoming community with so much to offer to its residents. And Mera will be a part of all of that. New community and surrounding community. And we cant forget all stress free living.

Amazing experience
[name removed] was amazing when giving us a "tour" of the building. Since the building is still under construction, she welcomed us into their sales office.
