This lack of communication would be my main complaint. Staff are often folks I have never seen before and I never know who is in charge. In the long run, however, I think they do the best they can. The facility did seem clean. There was not very much communication with the family, I didn't have a person to communicate with. However, hospice communicated with me. So families should just make sure that they have that information. We are grateful for all the competent staff that made a hard situation much easier.
