Staff has been great--from housekeeping to management. Meals are better than expected--quite a variety and \"on-time\". Move-in was flawless. This is a new facility in Aiken--PT area, barber/beauty salon not yet fully implemented, but look forward to that happening soon. Also, an outdoor covered patio with lovely furniture and heaters. Have not utilized that yet. Only slight criticism is they should implement an \"orientation program\" for new residents/caregivers. That would help the new arrivals and save time for The Oaks. it is an absolutely beautiful facility.
