Very welcoming staff that made us feel at home. I was lucky that they had a room available when i toured.

We were very pleased with Mom's care and the facility. They were fantastic. Super nice, caring, and always so willing to help.

I haven't been in person, but I call frequently and the executive director and everyone else I talk to is really nice and helpful.

Great experience! The staff was very well prepared and expecting the visit. The reception area and the receptionist were desirable and friendly. The host was most prepared with a ton of knowledge and materials. She answered all questions and even added suggestions for me. The facility was clean and well decorated. Everyone was happy and most accommodating. The activities was most appropriate and seemed enjoyable. The facility was spotless, well decorated and had a feeling of warmth and compassion. The employees seemed well prepared and enjoying their jobs. The outside was just as impressive as the inside and outdoor areas. Parking was convenient and well kept. The price was a bit high but well worth the sacrifice considering the quality of service offered and the staff.

After touring Oaks at Snellville, we were extremely impressed by both the staff and the facility, and we knew it was the right place for our mother.

Seeing my aunt happy and healthy is so comforting. The staff are caring and friendly. They make my aunt feel loved. When I visit, my aunt is always clean and happy. If I have questions, staff answer them. The food is enjoyable, seasonal decorations are fun.

Great place for your loved ones to be cared for. My mother’s niece is in Horizons Memory Care there and we are very pleased. There are plenty of activities, an outdoor courtyard area, and the food is great

Although my cousin died in the hospital due to heath issues and complications while a resident at the facility, we were pleased with the facility and its services.

I have been looking at different assisted living facilities for my mom. We went for a tour, and I was very impressed with what they had to offer. We are moving forward in confirming a room with mom and excited for her and this next adventure. She is very open and loves talking to others so this will be perfect for her. I work from home and she has managed over the past year, but I see her sadness and boredom. She is excited to be able to be up and about and meet ....in her words.... new friends.

When I first visited The Oaks, I was instantly greeted by very friendly staff, and a very welcoming and clean environment. The facility us very clean is really feels like a home. My dad has been living in thriving at the Oaks. He enjoys the food. the staff all know him by name, and he has made several friends. He has a lovely studio apartment and also enjoys the common areas at the Oaks. I feel that he is in good hands at the Oaks.

The peace of mind knowing my mom is happy and safe in her new home, especially during weather events like this past weekend. The executive director sent an email to the families assuring us that they would be fully staffed and have a manager on site for any winterty weather.

My mom was at Oaks Beaufort because of COPD and memory loss due to aging. All of the staff cared for my mom like she was their mom. They were kind to her and to our family. I would recommend Oaks at Beaufort for your loved one.
