My mom was at Oaks Beaufort because of COPD and memory loss due to aging. All of the staff cared for my mom like she was their mom. They were kind to her and to our family. I would recommend Oaks at Beaufort for your loved one.

Everything was great - everyone was very helpful. It is clean, etc. I would very much recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I had a friend ask me to tour the facility for their mom. I was very impressed. The facility was beautiful already and they are improving it more with updates throughout the facility. The gathering areas were very tastefully done, and plenty of room. And so many outdoor spaces enclosed and in the open. One area had a lovely veranda and every entry/exit has a covered porch with plenty of seating and benches out in the garden areas. Everyone that I encountered were very friendly. So many activity areas inside. If and when I would ever need to stay in a facility, I would choose this one. So many things to compliment but not enough time and space.

Toured the Oaks @ Tucker today. Met several members of the staff. All were very pleasant. The tour was nice and thorough. The facility is in excellent condition, inspection score of 100 for 3 years in a row is impressive. We're grateful to find such a nice facility so close to home.

We were looking for respite care, however our family member ended up not needing it. The community is clean, welcoming and the staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend to others and use in the future if needed.

I placed my father here about a month ago, and I visit him two to three times a week. The staff are always kind, attentive, and welcoming. Everyone is so sweet, and the atmosphere truly feels like one big blended family. My father especially loves the activities and outings. They offer church services, many indoor activities, outdoor seating, and daily walks. There are so many accommodations provided, which brings me great comfort knowing that my dad remains active and engaged every day. Three meals are provided daily, and if a resident does not like what is served or is unable to eat it, there are alternative meal options available to accommodate their needs. The staff consistently checks in on the residents, which gives me tremendous peace of mind. The facility is always very clean and smells wonderful when you enter. My experience was very positive exactly what I’m looking for very clean and spacious. The seniors were interacting with each other. It was explained to me that they have lots of different activities for the seniors. I was also impressed with the dining room they let the seniors order from a menu they have listed on the board. I must say that the person that toured me was very informative and knowledgeable about how she explained everything, she was wonderful. Presently I would love for my aunt to be in the facility I’m working on the affordability. Overall the Oaks is great.

The renovated space makes an immediate positive impression. The staff is very engaged and appears to have good continuity. The memory space is easily accessed and promotes residents being out of their rooms to the extent possible. It's a point an emphasis for Oaks. And I've had a positive experience with Curana, their health care provider. The Director of Sales is so nice. She's very responsive and engaged. Her daughter also works there - from time to time I think. She isn't always there, but it speaks to the family's attitude about the job.

What we like the most about the community is that the residents and employees are friendly and the employees are very helpful and seem to care about making life better for the residents.

My 90 yr old mother-in-law moved into the Oaks at Tucker in Spring [removed date]--she didn't want to leave her home and wasn't doing so well, either. Today? She is thriving at The Oaks, has friends, enjoys activities, and just loves living there! It is a wonderful, friendly, family-ish kind of place! It is big enough to keep things interesting and small enough so that the staff and residents get to know each other....fantastic! (The staff really is wonderful all the way around) The dining experience? Wonderful too!!! Food is great! No kidding, GREAT! I would say dining at The Oaks......5 stars plus! The whole place is clean and inviting and....cherry on top.... a great value!!! So happy we chose The Oaks at Tucker!

We enjoyed the serenity, and calm. Not overly fussy. And our meal was excellent in there lovely dining area. The facility is very manageable without having to walk a longer distance than necessary for meals, or activities. Everyone was extremely helpful. There are plenty of activities for residents to take part in.

They have gone over and beyond helping us settle mother into her new apartment room. [name removed] is the director and she is such a joy to work with. I highly recommend Oaks at Conyers.

The overall experience, friendliness, and value for cost has been excellent. The cleanliness, care services, staff, meals and dining and the activities has been very good. Yes, we would recommend Oaks at Charleston to other families based on the experience so far.

From the grand expansive layout when we dove up and the many chairs lined up at the entrance, we were impressed with the attention given to provide for their guests. The large fireplace and many high back chairs in the common area was quite impressive. The monthly schedule on the wall, posted menu, large eating area with individual table settings, were clean, inviting, and welcoming. We didn't have the opportunity to view an empty room, because there were no vacancies, but were able to see the activities room which was very well stocked with art and craft supplies. The staff was attentive and showed us around the beautiful grounds. Our only disappointment was the prospect of being on a waiting list. A good sign that this is a highly desirable facility. A staff person was to call us the following day to discuss finances, but we didn't hear from them until several days later and after we had already made arrangements at another facility in Chattanooga.

I would recommend the service to others who are looking for quality accommodations for a loved one.

I give them a 5. Oaks at Conyers have been very helpful, friendly and affordable. My Aunt has acclimated very well into the facility.
