Review for Holiday Pueblo Regent
I really love my apartment. The staff is superb. My only concern is the meals, although bland they are not renal friendly so I find myself having to find something to eat in my room and I am finding that to be a big expense added on to my account.

A great place about the sunshine years.
Pueblo Regent is the cleanest most modern ACLF that I have ever seen. A place for mom’s recommended three ACL F’s, and after visiting Pueblo, I canceled all the other appointments.
We toured the facility on Monday Afternoon and moved in on Tuesday.

The team there is fantastic!

Pueblo Regent Experience
There hasn't been any Management in this building since the end of September a new general manager just started Monday. The food is marginal I have been keeping track of In-House occupancy. In the past 5 months five more residents have moved out and have moved in. This is not a good place to refer people to. I can't think of anything else the remodeling the plate and the raising everybody's rent from between $200 to $400 a month

It was a serious mistake to move in here
There are four members of the management staff. Not one of them has to slightest idea of how to manage facility none of them have any managerial expertise. This entire facility is either apathetic or inept. It almost seems as if they don't want us here. Two or three of us have to work complaining the office every week about the issues that are most pressing that week it took us two months to get the food straightened out till it comes out of the kitchen hot and presentable. This facility most definitely is the lowest rated facility in this town it is way overpriced compared to what you get for what you pay. Here are some incidents that will substantiate my statements there are four or five best months to rent apartments and bring in new residents into facility. June July August September. During those four months more people move does facility then move in. Was that because the ones that were here were driven out? Or was it because of the ineptitude of the salesman or trying to rent ap

A Great Place to Live
It's very clean. They have new management, which is good. They have activities but it would be nice if they had more muscicans come in. The value for the money, seems like it's a good price. They have good bands that play for the residents. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Just like being at home
So far it has been a good experience at Pueblo Regent. The activities director has been great, they have a ton of activities provided, they have something for everyone. The staff have been amazing. The food is fine, but they do receive the food from Cisco so they prepare all of the food so the meals can be bland. I would say that 70% of residents here are women and 30% men. All of my neighbors are friendly. I would recommend to others looking, I have nothing bad to say about them.

Heaven on Earth
My family member just loves it here. I haven't seen her this happy in years. She has lived in a couple of other places and was so depressed. Since she's been at Pueblo Regent, she has come alive again. I couldn't have found a better place for her. I have nothing bad to say about them. I love their workers. They're so friendly, and they've really helped her in any way they can. If she needs to hang a picture on a wall or have furniture moved, they help out. They stop and talk with her in the hallway and ask her how her day is going. They just go far and above what you would expect. She hasn't tried a lot of the activities, but she loves their exercise group. The cost is great, and I feel like God led me here to this community.

My opinion of Pueblo Regent
I chose Pueblo Regent at the time because of the price and convenience of the location to my daughter. The carpet throughout the building needs to be shoveled, the maintenance could use improvement as well. They remodeled my apartment before I moved in and the idea was good, but the workmanship was not good. It does suit me for what I need, it has all of the amenities that I was looking for. On rainy days the roof does leak in the dining room and they have not fixed it. The food does seem to be improving since I have been here.

I recommend Pueblo Regent
I went and toured quite a few places. What I realized when I went through the places was the residents never seemed to be happy until I went to Pueblo Regent. I went in here and everybody was happy. I figured out that the meals made the biggest difference in their happiness. I ate here and their food is very good. The residents love to get together and have good meals together. They have great activities here as well. I think that the value for the money is good, especially knowing that I do not have to worry about him and he is safe here.

Mom is happy and safe
My mom has lived at Pueblo Regent a little over three years now. We actually moved her to this community from an assisted living. Before moving to Pueblo Regent she was bored and lacked socialization. The staff at Pueblo Regent are so good to her and always communicate with us. She loves the meals and activities. I am so impressed with the way they have handled the COVID pandemic. With all the precautions they put in place it’s no wonder that they have not had any active cases. My mom is 94 and so happy with her new friends and she loves her one bedroom apartment.

Peace of Mind
I moved to the Regent on [date removed] so it's been a year and a half and I think it was one of my really good decisions.
I was at the age of not being able to do the work of maintaining my home of fifty four years any more.
Living here now has given me peace of mind and lifted the burden of worry about what was going to break next or need to be replaced.
I feel so relaxed and safe here at the Regent. Everything is provided for me so I just kick back and enjoy senior living.
The staff here are all top notch people and so attentive to the needs of each individual. My fellow residents are so friendly and I've met many more new friends here.
I would definitely recommend the Regent to my friends.
