They did not bring her back in the facility, they called an Ambulance and they took her to the 6 th floor at Baxter Hospital! 2 hours after she was taken there, a nurse from that floor called me and ask when I was coming to see her, I was furious!! Southern Meadows did not have the concern enough to call and let me know this had happened! They did not want her back there and that was not even told to me, by SM, the hospital, relayed that info to us!!
