Courtyards at Lake Granbury served as an amazing addition to our family looking after mom during her time there. From the leadership to all of the staff, I can highly recommend it and encourage everyone to visit.

I like the apartment, room size and the food is fair. The staff take too long to respond to calls - not trained well or supervised well.

The staff truly go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and at home. I really appreciate that the activities are designed so all residents can participate and feel included. One area that could be improved is the food. Simpler, more traditional meals would be appreciated. Offering hearty, familiar dishes—such as meat and potatoes—rather than steamed vegetables or overly fancy menu items with elaborate titles would likely appeal to more residents and feel more satisfying. Overall, the warm and inclusive atmosphere created by the staff is a real strength.

There were a few glitches, but the staff was also very friendly and responsive. My mom hasn't taken advantage of any activities yet, but she may in the future. She's transitioning well and feels like she's in the right place. The one bedroom assisted living apartment is just the right size for her and has good closet space. The atmosphere at The Amberleigh is very healthy. She's happy with the food and feels like she's getting the help she needs with meds and other help as needed. Occasionally they have been short staffed, but when that happens those who are there go the extra mile and do all they can. Overall, we're very happy with her experiences and would recommend The Amberleigh to others. Just don't expect perfection as that is unrealistic everywhere but heaven!

I messed up their appointment time but they showed me around the facilities anyway. Because of the extreme cold weather I rescheduled, and they set up another chance.

I have loved here for 3 years happily. People here, residents and staff are generally pleasant and encouraging. There are activities every day. I can't think of any place I would rather be.

I have lived here a few months and like everyone I've met. I am a veteran and use the shuttle to get to the VA. I have had a problem with my bank and getting paid by VA so I am behind on paying. I do love it here.

I stayed with my other for a couple nights at Oakwood Hills and was really impressed with the staff and the facility itself. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming - from the caregivers working in the embedded home care agency to the wonderful dining staff who knew my mother (and her favorite type of tea) by name. The common areas were very clean and well-designed, and I felt a sense that everyone was looking out for everyone else. I feel confident in terms of safety, meeting of needs, and personal attention having my mother living at Oakwood Hills.

This location has been an excellent resource for facilities and Staff from the director throughout every single staff member. Each went beyond any normal service regardless of the request.

Been here 5 months and made a lot of friends. I like the living quarters and take care of myself. I am a veteran and spacious living and nice people. I am volunteering to help others.

I love living here! I love the new activity director and Aegis guy. We have so much to do here. All the bosses are great too!

I arrived a few minutes early and was wandering around the dining area. There were some residents in the area and they were all very friendly. I was surprised by how clean and well appointed the facility is. [Name Removed] the rental agent arrived and filled me in on the details and took me for a tour of the facility. Wow! Every place was very clean. It is well maintained and offered many amenities I wasn’t expecting. After the tour I decided it was the perfect place for my friend. She has since moved in and loves The Oaks. The vast variety of activities and experiences are exactly what she needs Every staff member is attentive to the residents and their needs and knows everyone by name. The individual units are clean and in excellent repair. I liked that it is a self contained community offering many options to satisfy the needs of a variety of people. I feel like my friend has been very blessed. We are excited to see what the future brings.

Excellent community! The tour was really informative and answered all my questions. The place looked safe and secure for my mom.

The staff is very attentive to the residents needs. Management is very aware of their staff and there actions. Any new personell are watch very closely to make sure they understand the standards and that resident are #1 when it comes to treatment. They are quick to eliminate anyone that does not keep that standard. The dining area and the chef's are First class. The meals are very well prepared and; they taste great. There are always choices for the residents to choose from on the menu. We eat there often with Mom to make her feel whole. The staff encourages and makes everyone feel welcome & like family.

The Addison and particularly,[Name Removed], the sales Director has been extremely helpful and engaging with my clients. They are quick to respond to questions and have a lovely community. I always enjoy my visits to The Addison.

Enjoyed the very thorough tour. Felt questions were limited because they understood what we were looking for and had thought of them before we could ask. Brochures were excellent and let us review the costs and events later. Lovely small town community.

Everyone smiles and greets you in the hallways. Mom has become very active in the activities. And she is getting the therapy she needs.

We toured a number of assisted living residences before choosing one for our mother. Mom and our family are so pleased that we choose the Waterford. It was just the right size for mom and our family. The staff is able to give personal service and treats residents with dignity and respect. I have and will continue to recommend the Waterford to anyone that is contemplating a move to assisted living.

I enjoyed the tour. Loved the whole place. Still looking at other places, but this is top of list.
