They are probably doing the best they can but they have been short staffed at times. Also my dad is in memory care unit and his mind is still very active so he could participate with front clients more but has been unable. This area could greatly be improved. Cost is more than what is being provided. \n\nOverall they have helped in many ways to accommodate our dad. I know no facility is perfect and at this time we do not plan to move him. It is convenient for family and he is getting his needs met. It is a difficult situation when a family member is placed in memory care but still has ability to function well cognitively. There are various levels of cognition in the unit and I know it is difficult for staff to accommodate them all. Spring Arbor of Kinston has welcomed our dad and our family with open arms and we are thankful for the care they provide.
