My mother has kept her dignity and is doing awesome. She takes care of her own personal with limited help, if she needs it. Staff is awesome. They adhere to her needs. The center is always clean and encourage cleanliness from their participants. Food is served for each needs, ie; soup, no meat, etc.

They bent over backwards to get him admitted quickly. Every need or concern has been dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner. Staff is always willing to do whatever we need.

The facility, as a structure, is great. I would only recommend them if the resident was capable of moving about on their own, could feed themselves, knew when they had to use the bathroom, etc. The Cottage rarely seems to have enough Aides on hand to handle and care for the number of residents in the facility.

The love and patience the staff has with the residents is very evident. Room size is amazing, especially compared to other memory care facilities nearby.

I have to tell you that everyone I interacted with was wonderful.The staff is very approachable and helpful. I have attended several events, and families are welcomed and encouraged to participate with their family member. I am able to take my brother to his appointments, and when I visit I usually pop in. The residents are offered many activities and lots of socialization.

I thought they did a great job, they took good care of my husband very well. The staff were very caring and concerned and they grew very fond of him. They did have a lot of activities planned, I always saw the calendar and it was full. I do also think the value for the money is excellent. The one thing that I did not like was they in the case of a hurricane, their evacuation plan was that a family member had to come and pick them up. Overall, I would recommend.

I have 2 parents in the memory care facility at Baycove. 5 STARS isn't enough. I can't say enough about the quality of care given and the wonderful staff. [names removed] and really all of them are amazing. The building is well taken care of and activities are fantastic and engaging. My mom has been there for over 3 years and she has been happy the entire time. If you find yourself needing a place for your loved one Baycove gives families the peace of mind of KNOWING that they will be taken care of.

My mother has been at Bay Cove Memory Care for a month now. I feel just as strongly as I did after the first week. From the director to the staff members, they all have been awesome! My mother is doing so well there...meeting new friends, involved with games and crafts and enjoying her meals and desserts. She told me that she has gained more weight since being there because her meals are so delicious! LOL I and all my family members have been treated very well also...like family. I am always greeted with a friendly face and tone of voice. I’ve also been allowed to join in on the games, morning devotional, etc. I’ve seen how well all residents are treated and even how well a resident was handled when that resident got a bit upset. I’m so thankful that [name removed] with A Place For Mom suggested Bay Cove. [Name removed] has been so helpful, understanding and supportive. She and all the Bay Cove staff are awesome. I highly recommend them all.

Was very happy with the tour of Bay Cove Assisted Memory Care and [name removed] who gave my brother and me the tour. [Name removed] was a lot of help and answered any questions we had. The home was very clean and the residents we saw having lunch looked well cared for and was a joy to speak to a couple. My brother and I were so impressed with Bay Cove and the employees we met that we will be putting a deposit down for our mother to start living there at the first of the year.

I love A Place For Mom services, it is wonderful and terrific. The advisor was very attentive and helpful by following up with calls while not being bothersome and I felt like she had my best interests at heart. On the tour with the community I felt they were not the best fit. It is a nice community with nice people.

My mom's doing fine and the transition has been hard but the staff have been going out of their way to make her feel comfortable. She is happy with the meals and she loves the food. We like the activities and she has been trying some. The staff have been very sweet and we are happy with the community choice.

I have visited my aunt several times and have always found the Residence at Bay Cove wonderful. Smiling workers, and residents. Every area i have ever seen has always been clean. I have never experienced a foul odor there either. We have eaten lumch only once but it was lovely and fresh. They have always been welcoming and courteous. My aunt was hesitant about moving in but loves it now.

I was so disgusted when I visited this place. It smelled like a dirty kitty litter box. I didn't see a litter box but that smell was awful. The smell was around the kitchen door. I was offered a meal. It was not bad but tasted like it was a frozen dinner, TV dinner. The person who took me around was lovely. I did hear complaints from the residents.

I love my apartment at Bay cove. We get great food, theres always options for fun things to do and I've made great new friends ( yes I'm including the staff in on that!) we all feel like family. If your on the fence about assisted living, give it a chance. You won't be disappointed.
