Unfortunately the circumstances around my grandmas stay at the reserve weren’t as planned. Their care levels originally placed her at a level 5 meaning moderate assistance in the memory care, but a few days later they reevaluated her as a level 10 meaning maximum assistance and an increase in cost of $[removed]k without warning. Through minimal fault of the facility she declined and ended got up to a level 12 which is essentially hospice and cost $[removed]k per month. Some of the aides were very nice but at that cost I wish we would’ve gotten more assistance. Her room wasn’t clean, everything was strewn about, the clothes in her closet weren’t hers (and I meticulously labeled everything). Bottom line, if there’s any indication your loved one may need more than a level 2-3 of care it’s not the deal they market it as.
