I feel they could use one more aide. Memory care unit often does not have a staff member sitting with residents. I thought the residents were never to be left alone in the main area. Aides are very nice. But, I believe they need further training in trying to interact with residents, who often sit at tables alone. The food is served on styrofoam & often does not have proper cutlery. My husband eats well. I often provide him with disposable forks & knives, as it is hard to eat meat with provided soup spoon.
