I hired them to help my husband [name removed] while I was out of town. He said they helped him with everything he asked them to. They took him and picked him up from dialysis and made sure he got down to the Thursday night oldies music in the Pub. He was very satisfied with the care provided.

We have been so blessed with the care my Mother has received. Scheduling is very organized. Caregivers are excellent. My mother’s main caregiver [name removed] has been wonderful. She is caring and a joy to have around. The care and kindness she gives to my mother, our family and even the fur balls is amazing. I would recommend Home Instead without any reservations.

Office staff is responsive respectful and consider it. There are efficient and careful to try and schedule as few different caregivers as possible they also are quick to make changes to a schedule if a caregiver doesn't particularly fit. Caregivers are for the most part kind consider it conscientious and just wonderful. They are a bright spot in my mother's day.

I had hired the agency to assist my father when he came to visit me for a few weeks. He ended up in the hospital a few days after he arrived at my home. I had the workers go to the hospital and assist my father as sitters. This worked out well and I was impressed with the workers I interacted with.

I am highly pleased with the service that we received from Senior Helpers. The sitters we have are professional, educated, and are a great fit for my family.

Working with the folks at Interim was great. [name removed] worked well with me and my husband providing our home health aide. While we were only with them for a relatively short period, we would definitely use them again if our situation changes.

Facilitated interfacing between clients and insurance provider. Agency is available to assist clients with problems encountered in all aspects of care.

Griswold of East Polk County has provided excellent service and caregiver for our family. From identifying specific needs for my 96 yo mother, explaining options of care available and then providing a wonderful caregiver to fit our home, we are very satisfied and happy clients!

I like it that my caregiver gets me out. I had to sell my car because I can no longer drive due to an accident. Rides are provided here but are not very convenient. Sometimes they can take me but I have to get my own ride back, if it's after 3:00. I have to schedule my appointments for the afternoon because I can't be ready to go before noon. My helper is a safe driver and is helperful. This is all I have to say about it

It is important to be clear about what services you need so they can select the right caregiver for you.

[name removed] and his staff have been working with us on a variety of issues in a very positive way. We are continuing to work on the schedule that works best for my family. Because of our family ‘s schedules we have tried three caregivers and our mother has responded well to all three.

The professional care takers who assisted my mother in her home on 24 basis were experienced, good communicators, thoughtful and reliable. Very well operated company, responsive to needs of patient, with hard working employees.

I’ve been using their services since April. It is now October and have been very pleased with the overall service. [name removed] has been incredibly helpful at placing care. Caregivers that coincide with my mother‘s personality and interests and has been incredibly helpful on making arrangements for days that need to change. They’ve allowed us to work with insurance and not ride us about a payment, but have been very organized and sue to this, it has allowed us to do a direct pay and not be out the money in the interest on a long-term care policy. Great company! Great people! Kind workers.
