5's all across. They were terrific. The place was very nice, people were incredible, food was excellent, they had activities and and the place was clean. Mom was happy there. Thank you for all your help.

My parents are hard to please. They love Spring Creek and the location is perfect for indecent living. They call Spring Creek, the all-inclusive senior resort. My mom also likes the available options if they need to utilize assistant living.

My father had dementia and went into Bonaventure's memory care area about 18 months ago. The staff are amazing and he was immediately comfortable and happy there, more so than we'd seen him when he was living at home. The staff goes above and beyond to make each of the residents feel like family. They also have daily activities for the residents in memory care, going out on walks, taking them on outings, bringing in music; staff go above and beyond many facilities. My mom, sisters, and I all got very close to the staff and when he passed away this September, we could not have asked for more tender care in his last days. I'm so grateful we found Bonaventure North Creek and would recommend them to anyone.

Everything is a 5. The staff is excellent, so caring and responsive. Food is great. Cleanliness, size of rooms. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families and we already did. My mom's best friend moved in last week.

First let me give feedback on A Place For Mom. You guys are amazing! My family member would not be where he is today without the quick response from you. You listened to our wants and needs and financial limits and came through with flying colors. I can't tell you how many people I have told about your service! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Regarding Bonaventure. Overall it has been an incredible 1st year. They have exceeded all my expectations and the the manager [fee removed]has been exceptional in her management and so very personable in her interactions with myself and my family member! Overall a 5! Cleanliness 5. Never have i seen any area that needs attention. Friendliness of Staff 5. Everyone knows my family member and seem to treat everyone with kindness and respect. Quality of Care 5. My family member is in independent living, so there is not much need of care but the few times it has been needed they were amazing, gentle, kind, skilled and respectful. Meals and Dining 4. I only rate this as 4 because they have had a change in head cooks and my family member says it's not as good tasting. Activities 5. While my family member does not participate in many the staff has gone out of their way to include him and every single day the activity board is full. Value for the Money 5. While it is expensive, it is one of the lowest costing facilities is around. He has a great apartment and plenty of food. They come in weekly to clean and he has access to laundry facilities. He feels safe and welcome and thankful for the opportunity to live there. In fact without them I doubt he would still be alive. So yes. Worth every single penny!

1.Overall experience: Between [name removed] (A Place for mom), [name removed], and the entire team at Bonaventure... We've had a wonderful experience so far. 2.Cleanliness of the facility: All area are clean and updated. The cleaning team helping with inside my dad's apartment seem to be doing a nice job. (I'm out of state - so going on FaceTime observations & his comments. 3.Friendliness: Very friendly & personable. 4.Quality of care: Dad is in an independent apartment, needing little assistance. Mom (Cathy/ Donnalee) unexpectedly needed much care after being transported from the hospital. ??? 5.Administrative staff: [name removed] (and the entire Bonaventure preview experiences) were amazing! [name removed] truly was the tipping factor in our* decision (my husband's, mine & my)! 6.Food: Hearing it's good/ tasty. Only "negative" I heard I'd that entrees are no longer available during the end of the dining times. Alternate foods (salads & sandwiches) made available. Food Services Team - Very helpful & friendly. 7.Activities: Great variety available... ? = Dad ( [name removed]) has been too busy with mom's affairs since her sudden passing - right as they were moving in. Between that and his mourning, he hadn't gotten to involved - yet. 8.Value for the money:Affordable for the variety of amenities and facility. *Still "pricey in comparison to true independent living. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: (Their actual move in dates... Mom = end of May. Dad = first of June) Bonaventure and the team there were exactly what my father needed during this transition - especially with mom's unexpected passing. The positive experience and support was invaluable... and still is. Dad said he'd "stay the course" even though the move was mostly for mom... He said he'd give it 6 months and then re-evaluate. Well... Recently, he told me that he didn't need 6 months to decide. My paraphrase: "This is starting to feel more like home and where he will remain, LORD willing, until He comes - or I go to be with Him."

[name removed] is the memory care director manager, I knew as soon as I met her and [name removed], That Bonaventure would be the perfect place for my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law has the best care because of [name removed] and [name removed] at Bonaventure. The staff treats my mother-in-law with the utmost respect and dignity. The memory care team is an amazing team. The work they do is very physical and time consuming and they do it all with patience, love, and care.

The staff is wonderful, everyone is friendly and helpful. The only thing that gets boring is the menu. It's the same thing every other week.

Our entire experience with Bonaventure has been nothing less than awesome! From initial contact, to tour, selection, move-in, and everyday living - They have treated us so well. The staff is energetic and engaged, everything is always clean, the food is yummy, and the events are fun. Highly recommend Bonaventure!

Mom has settled in at Bonaventure Salem, and is very happy with her living situation and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is great … caring, knowledgeable and supportive. The residents are friendly and fun … definitely people I enjoy spending time with. There are lots of activities here … always something going on. My apartment is quiet and comfortable when I need a quiet place to myself. Assisted living is available here, so I’ll still have a home surrounded by friends as I grow older and need more assistance with day to day living. All in all a great place to spend the rest of my life.

I would say I think it's a nice place and yes I would recommend to others. They need to fix some problems with maintenance, the supervisor is fine but they need more experienced and organized people below him.

I gave the food less than perfect, but I think it actually is pretty dang good. They have trouble with enough serving staff. Also my parents don't really take advantage of the salad bar and the soup but they love both. They get pretty darn good food but they do complain a little bit. I think they've handled outbreaks of Covid very well too. My parents are in the independent living, but they've provided assistance every single time they've ever been needed. I just am amazed. My mom is easy to live with, but my dad is extremely obnoxious in so many ways. They've handled it beautifully and haven't kicked him out. He's even more social in a positive way than I've ever seen him before in my life. I could go on and on

I had to order hospice for my person. Staff made the transition bearable. They were phenomenal comfort to me and took great care to provide my person everything needed. He had a studio which had room for his bed, a dresser, and a recliner. It also had two very large closets. The bathroom was large. The room had a window to the secure court yard. The whole experience starting with A Place for Mom could not have been better. I was finally able to sleep at night knowing he was well cared for.

This building stands out from other assisted livings in the area simply because of the staff. [name removed] and [name removed] do whatever it takes to ensure that residents and family are heard and cared for. I will definitely consider silver Creek when my loved ones are in need of assisted living

Took great care of my mom. My mom started in assisted living. There they cared and loved her. My mom moved to memory care. Memory care had issues with keeping staff but that is normal. They loved my mom until she passed.

Staff and most of the residents are very friendly. Meals are mostly very good but we can order alternatives if we want. Activities are good. I have been here 3 months. At first it was quite an adjustment but am really happy! I still have my car and still volunteer every week at a food pantry in Oregon. Still independent and hope to be for a long time! Am happy I chose this place and appreciate all of your help in getting me here

Bonaventure of Lacey Senior Living has excellent staff and overall facility operations. My mom started at a level 5 care (the highest level) and she worked her way down to level 1. Truly remarkable, and we feel it probably wouldn't have happened without such a caring staff. This facility has many opportunities for residents to participate in group games, family get-togethers, staff/resident meetings, entertainment, and outings. We would definitely recommend this facility to other families who are looking for a comfortable, welcoming and safe environment.

Friendly. Very contentious staff. Very helpful with tenants and family. Good communication with family regarding tenants. Helpful when hospice was needed and the staff worked well with hospice and family.

I give them a 5 plus! The facility is so clean and everyone is friendly. All is good with mom. Bonaventure of East Wenatchee is amazing. They take great care of mom and the staff is amazing and very helpful.
