So far place is great. We're happy with everything about it. Everybody's friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! Very clean and professional. Answered all my questions thoroughly and took their time. Very happy I stopped by to take a tour with my mom and dad. Then we’re very satisfied too.

Absolutely a doll with regards to knowing absolutely everything there was to know ! Answered all our questions and concerns and even when I called to follow up she was attentive and respectful! Understood our concerns and didn’t shame us for asking questions!

Your love one lives at the cupola and it’s amazing. The staff is great and my family is extremely happy here. They love going to the catholic mass provided! I also enjoy visiting and seeing my loved one happy, healthy, and in a clean environment.

My boyfriend does not participate in the activities and all assisted livings are too expensive. However, what we like most about the community is that they are taking very good care of my loved one. The food could improve, but he is not fussy. It is a good fit for him.

I should tell you that my mother-in-law passed away last [date removed] The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very responsive to our needs and warm and caring. My mother-in-law was in memory care, and those people who work there are angels on earth! I would absolutely recommend care one in Parsippany.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff takes care of my dad, and that's all that matters. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

From the moment I arrived the staff was wonderful. Every worker I interacted with was incredibly nice, welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to assist both residents and visitors. My overall experience with CareOne in Hamilton was excellent. The staff and administration provided care and support for my Aunt during her stay at the facility. Keeping me informed was a key strength the administration and support staff demonstrated daily. It was a comfort to me to know my Aunt was being well taken care of. CareOne was the best decision I ever made to ensure my Aunt’s wellbeing was being treated professionally and with dignity in her final months.

My grandma moved in three months ago. She loves the food and is enjoying the activities the team i great and really got to know her. Very happy here.

In a bind, (my future mother in-law [name removed], had just left another rehab, which she didn't like), we were seeking a rehab place after a few falls and a week long stay in a hospital. I called Care One in Westwood, left message and within two minutes, [name removed], who is the administrator at CareOne at Valley called back. Telling her of our disposition, as we pulled in, [name removed] welcomed us at the door. [name removed] and her staff were above and beyond friendly, helping us with our admission into their facility. [name removed] personally showed us to her room, where she will be for a couple days. From the moment, [name removed] arrived at their facilities, she felt at ease, that this place is where she wanted to be. I wanted to personally thank [name removed], and her staff for making this an enjoyable experience.

The staff are friendly and enjoy engaging the residents, putting a smile on their faces. Lots of open spaces and grounds available, very welcoming
