The staff are wonderful! The units are small but nice layout. The building is a little dated. Loved that this building is near the bike trail.

Brookdale's level of service was excellent for my dad. Yes absolutely recommend.

I toured Ciel for a friend who lives in Chicago. I was ready to move in by the end of the tour. The Director of sales, [Name Removed], came to work on a Sunday to give the tour. Talk about great Customer Service! The food looked delicious, the entire staff was so friendly, rooms are nice. When I entered, they had a 'Welcome KK' greeting at the front desk. My friend is coming up next week for a tour herself! Highly recommend checking it out, if you're looking for some extra help and community!

The people at Ciel are very good. We feel blessed. Great caretakers. Very smooth process to acquire a room and move in.

The tour was great. I was able to see several apartment. The gentleman who showed me around was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The only things that gave me pause was it was located on Capitol Drive and, since it is assisted living, there are no stoves in the kitchens. Since it is assisted living is a bit more expensive. Otherwise, it's a great place.

It is a wonderful place for your elderly parent to live. A beautiful home without all the unnecessary bells and whistles. Reasonable priced.

A member of the marketing staff gave us a tour and answered some questions regarding costs and services provided. Very pleasant and professional. We are some years away from needing to move into a retirement community but we are looking now so we can prepare. The facility was clean and the apartments we visited seemed adequate.

Absolutely stunning facility! Friendly staff who took it upon themselves to initiate conversation and inquire if anything was needed. My partner and I stopped touring other facilities after visiting Ciel on the Hudson.

I give 5's across the board. They run a wonderful, caring, clean, supportive, professional program and my dad is thriving there. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

5 stars for all! This is the best decision I ever made. The food smells good and taste good. The staff is so accommodating professional and polite. Every time I go to visit, I am always greeted so warmly, just like I am family.

The friendliness of staff and residents - how helpful the staff is , always going the extra mile for the benefit of the residence and their families- the sweetness of the servers in the dining room adds to the general wonderfulness of Ciel . The attractiveness of the facility I find very pleasing - I love the art work on the walls and a painter myself have drawn Inspiration from the beautiful collection of art work . Love the fireplace gathering spot and the little cafe - and the whole place is beautifully decorated to give a warm and homelike feeling . My husband had settled in easily and for a bit shy quiet private person compared to me who can be quite outgoing and shy and private too On the other side of the coin with my art work and my spiritual life . It has blessed my heart that his idea of starting a men's group is being supported - he is quite good at this and has successfully joined and started men's groups with his spiritual communities over the years - he's the one who keeps our " sacred circle " group organized and flourishing- I bet he could run a book club too - very successfully / I'd love to attend if appropriate . My first sold art show is coming up so I gotta dash - much still to do - hopefully some of the staff and residents can attend . Its[date removed]- Lincoln Park area at a restaurant called Range on Webster - hours are 5-8:30 - delicious appetizers and find wine provided by the restaurant owner and self taught chef who only serves farm to table meat and vegetables all ethically sourced and served beautifully . People can dine in their regular menu if they desire before and during the show - you can find their menu on Range Restaurant website for those who want to enjoy the show and treat themselves to fine dining as well . Hope some of you can make it - Uber / Lyft cab accommodate the transportation and a group if 4 or 5 or 3 could split the cost - unfortunately with setting up the show and taking it down I cannot supply transportation but maybe could help find volunteer drivers . Anyway I'll be in touch - thank you for helping Gordon settle in I know he will be a positive member of your community - and once my fussy soli show is over I intend to spend more time enjoying spending time at Ciel with him .

The one thing that sticks out the most, is if they haven't seen you in a couple of days, they'll come and knock on your door to check up on you. I think that it shows that they sincerely care and it is greatly appreciated. The other thing is how friendly they are. They always seem to have a nice smile and a positive attitude. I'm talking mostly about the staff.

The facility is relatively clean. The food served is sometimes not warm. Overall, It was a good fit for my mother.

5 for all. What we like the most about the community are the friendly staff, the cleanliness and they have a lot of activities for the residents. Yes I would recommend Brookdale to others

A very good experience. Welcoming environment. [name removed], Sales and Marketing Director, is the one who showed me around and who has been in regular contact with me. A sweet, friendly gal.

A 5 for all of them so far. My mom has only been there for 2.5 weeks but it's been a great experience so far. The staff is very welcoming and the residents are also. The activities coordinator is excellent and makes sure there is something for everyone. The desk staff is kind and helpful. It really feels like one big family. The maintenance staff is exceptional and patient.

Great place they will work with you to see that you get what you would like for your family members care and welfare. plus the idea of an ER right around the corner is an added safety catch

The staff are very caring and the food is excellent. I particularly appreciate on site physical/occupational therapy, podiatry care, and other services. The staff keep the community spaces and apartments very clean and fresh smelling. My mom has had a wonderful experience. Staff and community residents are all very friendly and approachable. I particularly enjoy joining my mom for meals a few times a week.
