Ciel Senior Living

Visited with a friend and was impressed with the place and the people I met. Everything looks friendly and organized, all our questions were answered and we were invited to a delicious lunch. The apartment we viewed overlooks the Hudson and is spacious and modern. There are a lot of activities for the residents and many health services are available. All in all : a very positive experience.

The dining was very good and changed with resident input. Good chef. The management was efficient and friendly. The had a nice daily cocktail hour. I suspect activities were average. Most of the residents loved their homes and the staff. Both managers and residents were all on a first name basis. We had a very good experience. My Mom's room was a nice manigible size and the place was clean always.

I am trying to decide where to place myself as a senior who is still working and active and interested in living in or close to nyc. I am living in a rural setting and it is boring and I need more action in my daily life!! Ciel has a lot of the things I would like but it is still not having nyc outside my doorstep!! I will keep thinking and looking.....very challenging and time consuming. Ciel's approach to my interest was excellent. I have not ruled it out......but have to give it lots of thought and worried too about the costs of living in the city itself---but it might be worth it for me..........

I liked the common areas and the apartments were very large. The views of the Rd Hudson River were amazing. I will definitely come back with my parents. This is top of my list. The staff and residents were friendly and engaging too.

Staff was amazing on initial meetings and answered all questions, even ones I hadn't thought of, move in was easy & staff was on hand to assist & answer questions. Transition for mom has been good, many activities for her to be involved in. Staff is so wonderful & friendly. It feels very homey. Cleanliness of mom's room is good. Staff is super responsive to requests. Only thing is would change is their new name tags to not say memory care as it is triggering to mom.... she doesn't like "memory care" ....

This is a great location being only 8 miles from Manhattan and not having Manhattan prices. Clean, spacious and looks new. Extra large apartments. Love the nursing staff 24/7 if needed. Couldn't ask for more. Hope to visit again soon.

We enjoyed the visit. Warm, friendly and happy people all around. Definite place for my parents to move to. The views of the Hudson River are amazing. Like a 5 star hotel. The courtyard was beautiful as well. Very spacious building in an ideal location.

Love the community. Especially appreciated the tour given to me by the sales Director I hope to make a return visit. The staff was cordial. The fox that lived there are happy. The activities seemed interesting. I especially enjoyed the outside courtyard and the beautiful views of the Hudson River.

Love this place. Especially the views of the Hudson River from my apartment. I feel like I’m on vacation every day. The attention that’s given to me is amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to grow old in. It is affordable as well definitely wortth considering if you’re looking for senior living options. This is the place to be.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place. I’ve made a lot of friends. The food is amazing. The activities are interesting. The staff is amazing as well. I especially like the courtyard in the garden in the nice weather.

Loved this place since the moment I arrived. Greeted by the sales Director, who was very thorough, warm and friendly. I enjoyed meeting some residents and some staff members. I hope to come back with my parents who I think will love the community. There was a wide variety of activities going on when I was there, which was a plus. Even though it is a large building, it felt very intimate in many ways.

I enjoyed my experience visiting this location, a couple of weeks ago. Everyone was friendly. I met some residents who were very happy with living there.. the apartments that I saw were large and very spacious. My wife and I are seriously considering this location, but not until I retire, which will happen next year or sometime. The sales director was very thorough and very knowledgeable. She made us feel very comfortable. We left feeling this was a place we can call home.

My brother in law didn't last long, but while there Bella Vista was great! I would recommend to others.

I am a resident and live here with my wife. I have lived here for almost a year. We are very happy at the community and plan to stay here for a long time. I highly recommend this community to anyone who is searching.

[name removed], the new Executive Director, is also fantastic—he delivers on his promises and is very personable. He assisted in driving the transportation bus and one of the residents on an outing with amazing care and it was just wonderful. I am so grateful to be here and look forward to living happily for the rest of my life. Thank you, Ciel on the Hudson of Yonkers! [name removed] and [name removed], the Hospitality Management Team, are another reason why I’m a happy tenant! They are amazing individuals who go above and beyond for all the residents. They are very helpful and kindhearted. All the money in the world couldn’t replace these two! Thank you, Ciel on the Hudson of Yonkers!

I love my apartment and everyone has been great,. I have already recommended it to several people. The neighbors are very friendly and activities are great.

5 on all except I can't evaluate the food or activities. It was more expensive than Atria and I did not price others but the facility at Yonkers is nicer and the vibe is better! It is an immaculately clean and modern place and everyone is nice.

People are personable, the facility is clean, and the value is great. Location is also ideal.

My father in law recently became a resident at Bella Vista. They were extremely helpful with the move in and the transition to senior living for my FIL. They seemed genuinely concerned about making him comfortable in his new surroundings. There are a lot of activities and different clubs that residents can sign up for. The property is clean and well maintained.

It was so nice to get all the information in one place. Setting up tours for us too. My mother in law is now at CIEL and we absolutely love it, she loves it too! So clean, large rooms, so many activities everyday. Every one we have meet is so helpful and kind. We can't thank you enough for helping us find our mom (mil) a safe, happy, loving place she calls home now.
