The staff are always smiling and showing they care for the residents. Communication is top rate. The food is terrific. [name removed], the Memory Care coordinator has daily activities to keep them busy. Highly recommended

When we first started looking for help with Mom, your rep was very informative and helped us determine that assisted living would be the best. We were given many suggestions of places and had your rep narrow them down. We were contacted many times during our search. Mom is doing as well as can be expected at The Brooks of Cibolo, which was one of your suggestions We are very thankful for all your help. Job well done!

[name removed] was awesome! She listened and took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff was friendly. This place is the nicest most well appointed I’ve seen in Parker County.

Facility is very clean and appealing. Staff are friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile to help the residents.

No.1 will be the loving, caring, personal touch shown to my wife (Name Removed) while she was here. Compassion shown to loved ones during this time. The everyday care for the Residents who are dependent upon ALL employees for patience needed for some. Done with smiles instead of frustration. Allowing Residents to add input in everyday needs. Seeing those who have positions always helping and taking care of their jobs as well. In inclement weather, they also spend their time on site 24 hours a day seeing to Residents needs and safety. All employees have a position to put others before self, and this is what I see. The overall Community can be proud of the care they give as well as continuing improvements to the living quarters, grounds, etc.

This place is very nice and my Mom is adapting very well. I would definitely recommend Ariel Pointe....and I have.

Facility very nice and clean. Staff is good at ministering to the need of the residents The memory care coordinator is great at keeping them active mentally and physically. The food is top notch.

People very friendly and helpful. We really liked the food choices and the activity area. Ms. Crystal was very caring and made us feel very welcome. The residents were all friendly also.

The staff is ALWAYS so very helpful and knowledgeable. There are lots of community places for residents to hang out, have coffee, snacks, etc. Beautiful facility, light and bright and very clean.

We are happy and comfortable our daughter made sure our place looked like home. We have eaten several times in dining room food is very good. Everyone here is very nice and helpful.

I rate 5 for each one of them 1 through 8. We're extremely satisfied with Ledgestone Independent Living. We Mostly liked is the effort they put into creating things to do that allow you to meet other residents and develop that sense of community. Secondly is the quality of food prepared and its presentation. Having a Hair Salon, Physical therapy on site.

Staff was extremely friendly and communicative, the facilities are very nice, clean, fresh. Activities are numerous and my parents have enjoyed them so much. The food is 5 stars. I've never seen my parents eat so much. Only knocked a point down on value because it is very expensive. We got my parents in on a discount. Thats how they could afford it.

[name removed]. wouldn't not want to be working here without you also creative hand safety masks as this virus is here to stay and looking after everyone's safeness amen. Also thanks to Boss/Chef [name removed]., [name removed]. & Ms.[name removed]. Caregiver being on side. ALWAYS willing to keep a super clean environment and never be late on time or early. I heard many things about this assisted living last 7 Years and is honored to be here on weekends in Kitchen as Dishwasher and helping with what ever can to be respectful and not falling behind as wouldn't anyway?

I felt a lot of things were considered in making this an amazing property. I felt the staff was connected with the residents and were very helpful in all matters. Food is delicious!! Very clean property.

[name removed] did an excellent job of explaining everything to us and showing us around. The facility was very clean and well organized. If the facility fits your loved ones budget then it just maybe the best place for them.

Would still give it 5 stars. Size of apartment is comparable with most and a bit bigger than some, the full size fridge is a definite plus. Staff is attentive, engaging and responsive to questions and issues. Food is better than most I believe. We have been very happy with them. It is very clean, activities are varied and fun. Maintenance is overall very good.

Out of town for the next week for work, still plugging mom into the Brooks facility... hiccup with furniture delivery delays have made establishing her fully. Brooks has been quite accommodating and is working out well so far. Very nice establishment.

What's not to love about the Grand! Everyone was friendly, the facility is immaculate, it was beautifully decorated, the activities and art were high quality. My mom was especially excited about the indoor heated pool. It's expensive, but you get a lot for the money.
