I am pleased with the help I am getting from Comfort Keepers and the lady that comes to my house is a hard worker and she comes on time or lets you know if she may be late due to traffic or car problems

Comfort Keepers has done all that was promised. My father is heading towards 90 and a very particular man. Four different care givers came to care for him and he has ask that Audrey be his regular person. She is kind and soft spoken, and has an Infectious laugh. My father feels very comfortable with her each week. Thank you so much for your attention to his needs and preferences.

Good Service and Great Staff

In my opinion they are the best of this catergory in Memphis. They take care of the families needs and put their needs first. Don't shop around use the ones who have the experience and no how to handle mom or dad or a love one.. Call them you will be 100% satisfied!! Best in Memphis/ North Ms

Having Comfort Keepers come into my in-laws home has taken quite a bit of stress off of my husband and me. They come in for 4 hours a day, five days a week. There is always someone at the appointed time. If a new person is coming out, they are introduced by someone that they already know, so there is no cold calls. My in-laws seems to enjoy having someone there and it also gives them some one outside the family to talk to.

When Grandpa was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor we all began to fall apart emotionally. Months later, he couldn’t find the words he wanted to say; the vision from his left eye was nearly gone, he’d fallen twice, and he’d begun to have trouble swallowing. His oncologist said the prognosis was poor…and that Grandpa needed to get his affairs in order. Each member of our family spent many hours with him, but there were still times when he would have to be left at home alone…so we called Comfort Keepers for help. The staff there helped us create a schedule that ensured Grandpa would not be left alone, and the caregivers fixed his special-diet meals, read to him his favorite newspaper, helped with laundry and light housekeeping which was a blessing for Grandma, and spent many hours in conversation with Grandpa while we were all at work or school. Grandpa’s condition deteriorated, so we contacted a hospice which provided an RN as well as a social worker who helped the family understand what was happening with Walt. The Comfort Keepers caregiver came to my grandparents' home a little more frequently and stayed a little longer, making it possible for our family to remain with him as much as possible and not worry about vacuuming, buying groceries or walking the dog. Grandpa passed away at home as he’d requested, surrounded by his entire family. Grandma said, “I don’t know how we would have managed Walt’s passing as well as we did without Comfort Keepers and hospice. They made it possible for us to focus solely on Walt…and that made all the difference.”

How can I thank all of you enough for what you did to care for my Mom? I could not have done this on my own. The care and compassion you showed my Mom was truly amazing. Suzanne, you were always on top of getting extra help when we needed it. You were always so kind. Our "Comfort Keeper" Ashley and Bert became Mom's angels. Mom was appreciative of their loving care and attentiveness. The flowers that you sent were beautiful but not as beautiful as the people you are. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was given the name of Comfort Keepers by a third party, as I was at a complete loss where to fine help. The response from Comfort Keepers was overwhelmingly gratifying and they have gone out of their way in supplying great help to my mother. I have called them several times since then to change out my mothers care plan and they have done so immediately without a hiccup.

I used to be a care giver myself, and all I can say about this place is, "Their Great!!" They are very accommodating, transparent, and friendly. I live 3000 miles away and I know what going on with my mom at all times. If there is ever a hick up in service, they work quickly to resolve any situation. There isn't enough good words I could say about Comfort Keepers. Thank you!

I would personally like to thank the staff of Comfort Keepers of Flemington, NJ, during my mother's illness. I was extremely pleased with the services they provided. Living in New York, I was only able to visit my mother on weekends, so I relied on Comfort Keepers to keep me informed and they did not let me down. Knowing my mother was in such good hands helped me tremendously. I was able to get through each work week worry free. When something did come up, Comfort Keepers immediately called me with an update on my mother's situation. The caregivers were great too. Tina was a comfort for my mother. She was kind and patient. She always kept smiling and was cheerful even when my mother became difficult at time due to the effects of her illness. She always showed great compassion towards my mother. They really cared about finding a good fit for our parents. We had a consistent caregiver. They were very reliable. They seemed to really care about my parents. The billing was difficult at first, but when we asked to have it billed differently they were able to accommodate that.

I've been happy with everything I've used them for. We were able to have the same person, so there is some consistency of care. Anytime we have needed a replacement, they have had a reliable, knowledgeable person that did a very good job. They have been very accommodating.
