Comfort Keepers took care of my mother the last five years. However, the last year mom declined quickly from Parkinson's disease. Mom needed help bathing, eating, and the other basics we often take for granted. Our "Comfort Keeper" Tina made my mother's remaining time bearable, if not joy filled, and was at her side at all hours. The moment I met with Comfort Keepers of Flemington and Washington, NJ, it was clear this company knew what they were doing. From the initial RN assessment, to the Plan of Care, to picking the perfect caregiver for Mom, Comfort Keepers was with me and mom at every turn. The staff in Flemington is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers. Rest assured, your love one, and your family, will be in expert hands.

We were really happy with them. It was the first time we ever needed anybody to do this kind of care and they were just right on the money. We weren't disappointed with anything - the people, the sercive - anything.

I just stopped by my mother-in-law's house and we found someone that she really likes. I don't know what the rate is so I'm not sure of the value but I know they were really helpful as far as checking insurance and things like that. JC, the guy that came was very good. It's been wonderful so far!

The services that they offer are great and the quality of them is great as well. The price they quoted was within budget. What made me choose “Comfort Keepers” is the way that they promoted themselves they were very professional over the phone and when they showed up the not only introduced themselves but they made sure to keep everyone involved in the conversation so that there would be no confusion.

Director was very professional and caring in placing a companion to accompany Mom on her grocery shopping days once a week. Caregivers were great with Mom and everyone was very pleased. I would definitely recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone.

Comfort Keepers staff is very pleasant and flexible. Over the seven months of service we had, my mother was cared for with love and compassion. The caregiver were compassionate and professional. We had so unusual bumps in the road with mom, rehab and Comfort Keepers made it smooth and awesome to care for her. We were only able to use this service twice but they are first rate. They were prompt and responsive. We liked the people they sent out and they seemed qualified to care for my mom. They explained and were upfront about everything in the beginning.

Comfort Keepers has been communicating well with me in reference to the care for my husband. The caregiver that comes in and helps me sometimes goes grocery shopping for me. She makes sure that my husband gets social interaction daily. I really feel like he is safe. I am able to run errands without having to worry about his care needs.

So far so good! We have only been using them for a short time and although I haven't had a lot of contact with the caregiver my sister is very pleased with them. They have washed dishes and gone above and beyond to do a good job. So far we are pleased with the service provided.

Gene was really good. He went way above and beyond and did a lot with my mom and dad. He helped out a lot, was very friendly and engaging, etc. The lady who is in charge of comfort keepers did a great job returning my calls and answering all our questions. They really did a great job.

They were very helpful and friendly. Bonnie went above and beyond for us as we were only in for a weekend and needed to set up care for my mother-in-law beginning that Monday. It was done with out any glitches and has worked out well for us and her. Glad to know there is somewhere within the city for her as we are 400 miles away! We would definitely recommend Bonnie's company and her staff. In addition, we receive phone calls periodically checking in with us about her and her care.

The way they introduced us to the care giver was very good. She was great at asking us questions and letting us ask her questions. The whole process was very friendly and professional. I would say, however, that their bookkeeping is not as professional as it ought to be.

The caregivers are prompt and reliable. They are very patient with my mother, and treat her with respect. They allow her to do as much as she is able to - not just "take over". They take initiative to find tasks to do, like cleaning her refrigerator one evening, because my Mom doesn't always think of things that need to be done. They let me know when she is running low on cleaning or laundry products. They keep reminding her not to walk too far away from her walker. I have peace of mind knowing she is safe and respectfully cared for.

I have a young lady now. We tried several caregivers to find one that was compatible. You have to find the right match for your patient. The caregiver we have now is very personable and friendly with mom. She helps keep her active.
