I would rate them all a 5. Maybe activities a 4 they could have as wider variety. The cost was less than other places. My mom had a large 1 bedroom apartment, much bigger than other places. It's super clean and modern. The food is very good.

5's across the board! They really try hard to make it a wonderful experience for the residents and families. I absolutely recommend Woodlands Creek to anyone looking.

Facilities are clean and well kept. Apartments have lots of closet space. Nursing staff is very helpful. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Overall experience – 5 – friendly; very quick response time for each resident if they ring their call button; accommodating; Staff have a long tenure; [Name Removed]– head of nursing clearly runs his team well and creates a positive environment. Friendliness – 5 – smiles on faces; staff actually talk to us when we visit (not the case with other places we’ve been). Quality of Care – 4 a. One incident in which our mom fell did not get shared with us for 40+_ hours. She wasn’t hurt. However, this is a person who had had quite a few falls before hand so a fall should have prompted an immediate call. It occurred on a weekend, and the nurse on duty didn’t report it to the head nurse. I am concerned they don’t have strong procedures for events with the residents for escalating medical situations. b. Overall staff is wonderful. I’ve seen one or two individuals who have less than positive attitude with other residents. That being said the quality of care still is very good. Everyone has a bad day. c. Everyone is friendly and willing to engage in conversation. We visited several places and some places the care givers barely talk to you, never mind actually smile occasionally. Administrative Staff – 5 – nothing but positive feedback; friendly; caring Food – no opinion – we visit outside of meal time and our mom doesn’t really share her view of it. Activities – 5 very positive; LOTS of choices; Mom is always busy and the system ‘life loop’ keeps us informed of what she does and does not partake in. Value for the money – 4 or 5 – the services provided for the memory unit are wonderful.

Woodlands Creek deserves a 5! Many on staff have been with Woodlands for years, that says a lot. They actually care about the residents. My Mom recently had a bad fall and the Woodlands staff went out of their way to be helpful to our family, which included delivering food to her apartment for us when needed. The facility is clean and well maintained. Activities are plentiful, residents can be as busy as they choose. There are church services available every Sunday. Dining has plenty of options, and my Mom always says " I didn't have to cook it or clean up after". The apartments are spacious and the staff does a great job maintaining them. The residents especially enjoy the soft serve ice cream and espresso machines available to all 24-7. My Mom who is almost 96, has formed very close friendships in the year and a half she's been a resident. She is very grateful to be there. There is a real sense of community and new residents would find welcoming. A Place for Mom was so very helpful to our family in choosing the right facility for her, she says "we did good"!

Was a great tour - loved seeing the room options. The facility and amenities are impressive. The onboarding process was thorough.

From day one, we felt welcomed. The team is compassionate and responsive, and maintenance handles requests quickly. The grounds and facilities are always neat, clean, and inviting. Even though my dad doesn’t participate in many activities, it’s reassuring to know they offer a variety of options for residents. He truly enjoys the meals — and he never complains about the food, which says a lot. Most of all, the staff is always willing to answer questions and provide support. We highly recommend this community.

I have worked here for four months now. I truely love the connection I have had with the residents. I love this facility and the team members I work with.

The food was very good and they had a good variety. They had good activities. They brought in people for flower arranging class had pop up store come in. You could sign up to see plays at Arvada center. Brought in bands on Friday night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I recently met with [name removed], and I had the BEST experience. He was the most friendly, and pleasant person to speak with. He gave me so much great information about Valley Lakes, I would love to tour again!

The Belleview is like a high rise in the suburbs. The view of the mountains from the restaurant and general use rooms was beautiful! The staff was kind and knew their residents. There was a puzzle in the common area which residents were working on. That was something I could see my mom doing!

The facility is very welcoming from the minute you step through the door. Staff is quick to greet you and follow up with positive conversations. The facility is very clean and the upkeep is very noticeable. Many times I have seen them touching up the hall, doors, inside the elevator and other areas. The staff truly engages with all residents. My mom was not too keen on moving from her home (pretty spicy about it) the staff has won her over!!! The activities available to the residents is fantastic. They take into consideration the abilities of all residents and have something for everyone. My mom does not miss a day of morning exercise (totally not like her). She also participates in all game nights. I cannot say enough good about the facility. They have turned a difficult situation into a very positive experience for all of us!!

I would rate all the above 5! It's a wonderful place with helpful helpers. Not cheap but worth the money! They are all helpful and "Johnny on the spot". Also know everyone's name. Friendly also!!

They have nice staff and rooms. The meals are good. Overall it's a good experience. I would recommend it to others who are needing to find memory care for their loved one.

What a wonderful place ! We are blessed to have a love one here . So much compassion is shown each and every day.We love coming to visit our loved one here . Everyone makes us feel at home when we are there..

My parents moved into assisted living in [date removed]. My dad went into memory care in June and my Mom stayed in assisted living. The care and support they both received was remarkable. My dad passed away in August. The care and support my mom continues to receive from everyone who works there is amazing. They all truly care about my Moms well being. I am so thankful we chose this place and I am grateful for all the loving care for my family.

My parents currently live at Silvercrest, and we are very pleased. From the move in process to the professionalism of knowledgeable staff to guide us all the way. The entire management team is the best in the industry.

We have had a fantastic experience over the last year at The Pearl, and I would recommend it to anyone. The food is delicious, people are open and friendly in the dining room, and there are many activities within and beyond the building. The staff are lovely and supportive, helping quickly upon request. It is also a place where you can move from Independent Care to Assisted Living so that a move is not necessary. Moving away from her Independent Living-only place to come to the Pearl and leaving her friends to was very hard for my mother in law. Join people at The Pearl for lunch and see what a lovely atmosphere it is!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant about what they were doing. I would recommend Legacy Point to others.
