Distinctive Living

I would rate all of the 8 categories a "5". Of course this is my long distance experience now. We have nit returned to Florida and all of my contacts have been by phone. When we selected Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch we considered all of those categories; and, were extremely happy with the facility, my brother-in-law's apartment, the food.& staff. My brother-in-law may have a different opinion now

Mira vie has been fine, wish we had known a full interior renovation was going to be going on shortly after we arrived. Living in a construction zone has been problematic. They have been very accommodating , my mother has not been an easy resident.

I would give them 5 stars. The staff is great, the food is perfect for my sister, and the activities are numerous.

The staff and executive director are very friendly and responsive. Just food improvement would be great.

Our experience with Amanda at Inspired Living was perfect. She was able to give excellent information and was very sensitive to our needs.

What we like the most about the community are the activities and the overall value. We would recommend this community to other families.

The entire entrance process was straightforward and efficient. My mom was able to move into her spacious, one bedroom apartment within one month of completing paperwork. There are a variety of activities from crafting and karaoke to social hour and visits with Otis the therapy dog. My mom has found numerous activities that are enjoyable. The options for breakfast, lunch and dinner are many and my mom enjoys socializing with fellow residents during meals. Her laundry including sheets and towels are washed, dried, folded and returned every Wednesday, along with having her bed made and apartment cleaned. Living at Mira Vie at Brookfield allows my mom to do what she loves, not chores and housekeeping.

Friendly all questions answered very clean. Still investigating but this place is a front runner! Love the staff!

I recently had to make the most difficult decision of my life. My Mom is 90 and has dementia and was living with me for the last 2 years. I reached a point where i was no longer able to care for her properly. I reached out to Mira Vie and connected with Sunny. She was absolutely SPECTACULAR. She helped me through the entire process. I was not able to get my Mom to go willingly so I had to have an Ambulance take her to the hospital. Thank goodness I did as she had a very bad infection in her toe. Sunny talked me through everything. The day she went to the hospital I had to bring her belongings to Mira Vie. I arrived there and was totally distraught and upset about the entire situation. As I came around the corner to go to my Mom's room in tears, Sunny was walking towards me. She saw me and gave me a big hug and assured me everything would be fine. I will NEVER forget the kindness and compassion she showed me that day. Mom is now there since March 9th and adjusting well. Thank you Sunny!

The apartment size is really nice. I was able to arrange furniture to have a living room and bedroom. I have never seen such a clean facility. Never any odor like other facilities. They always have activities and events that include the family. The entire staff is wonderful. They are always attentive to their residents and receptive to any concerns or requests of family members. The food: Well, my brother gained 22 pound in just 6 months living there. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We recommend it to everyone.

Everyone there is very nice and extremely helpful, I felt relieved and happy that my Mother will be well taken care of! I would recommend Inspired Living in Bonita Springs to anyone looking for a Clean, Nice place for their cared one!

My father-in-law is a very introverted person, and we thought he would never come out of his room to socialize. And somehow the staff has gotten him to come out of his room and watch TV with the other residence. We went with the smaller room and that seems to be working out perfectly for him. He was very stubborn and did not want to go at all, but after about four weeks, it's like he thinks he's always been there. We are very happy with our decision. They really helped us with the transition and finalizing some of his financial pieces. It has been a great experience.

Lovely Community and facilities. Seems like a Delightful staff Made a reservation for my folks...we shall see... [Name Removed] were extremely kind and resourceful during the search, decision and the move. Inspired Living at Ocoee seems like a great fit for my folks life style; warm, inviting, family dining, flexibility in dining, importance of relaxation and freedom, and lovely comfortable surroundings. Hope they will enjoy their new Home.

It was great, they made us feel very welcomed and gave us a nice tour of everything. She also went over all prices and paperwork that we needed to know about.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. It seems that they update regularly to keep things fresh and clean. We noticed while touring the facility, there was a lot of activity! Many residents and staff members were moving about engaging one another! We were greeted by many residents who seemed to be very happy and active! The staff has always been so helpful in all aspects of transitioning from facility to facility! They truly care about those under there care! They even visited my Mom while she was in a rehab facility! We have toured many facilities and by far this was the most inviting. My Mom and our entire family are so thankful that Mira Vie was our final decision!

It’s been a wonderful experience. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the residents well being. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well maintained. I especially appreciate the engaging activities. Highly recommend!

Really happy with the experience at Inspired Living at Sun City Center. The place feels clean and welcoming, but what really makes the difference is the staff. They’re kind, patient, and you can tell they actually care about the residents. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my loved one is in a place where people are attentive and treat everyone with respect. Overall, just a warm and supportive environment. I’d definitely recommend it.

Every staff member at Mira Vie in West Milford was so kind and welcoming to us from the first minute to the last of our experience there. They laid out all of the options for our loved one and talked us through anything and everything we needed. We felt no pressure nor did we feel “sold to” - we got to see how the facility operates, what’s in the works, what under construction, etc… I am SO excited to bring our loved one on their own tour soon to (hopefully) fall in love with their new home. We could not have been happier with our experience.

It's a great community and they are very open to feedback and making changes when necessary. Rooms are bigger, has a pool, more common spaces than other facilities and has a restaurant open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. instead of set dining hours for each meal. Yes we would definitely recommend Inspired Living! The staff is amazing, and excellent at integrating feedback. While no option will be problem free, how a facility handles feedback says everything
