I really liked how they referred to their facility as "senior apartment community with medical oversight end"- I really liked that.

Truth be told I made those ratings based on the experience of the other residents. Unfortunately my relative was not a good fit for Symphony Manor. He required more medical attention than they could supply but for the right person Symphony Manor is excellent and the administrative staff is terrific especially the new director [name removed]

[name removed] , who showed us around, was very helpful and patient. All of our questions were answered and she was very accommodating!

[Name Removed] was informative and explained how the facility operates, answered all questions. The tour of the facility was very helpful and she explained things along the way to see the model room.

The way you have handled [name removed] it has really helped me out. How clean the place is. And friendly everybody is it makes you feel like your home.

Our contact person[Name Removed]was absolutely wonderful. He made a difficult decision easier. Also a place for mom was instrumental in getting us the help we needed.

5 for each category. They have a very responsive leadership and care team. I was always given an opportunity to ask questions and they were responsive and timely. Facility is not depressing and has a lot of activities

They are attentive to resident's needs. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Anchor Bay is such a warm and welcoming place. The residents are very social and there is a lot of positive energy. Anchor Bay has a wide variety of activities for every interest. The staff is kind and caring, and go out of their way to assist with whatever you need for your loved one. Our experience has been very positive and we are feeling confident that this is the right place for our sister.

Your was great and lots of pros with this place. At this time, we aren’t in a Position to move forward yet.

It is a wonderful place. It's clean and decorated very nice. The staff are very nice to us. The room is very spacious. They have many activities for the residents, and good food. Richard likes it a lot. I would recommend Anchor Bay to any one. We have had nothing but a good experience helping our loved one adjust. Five stars from us.

We recently moved our 92 year old Mom to Symphony after a hospitalization that rendered her more vulnerable to living on her own as she had been. My brother and I looked at several assisted living facilities before deciding on Symphony and I’m relieved and happy to report that we made the right decision. Symphony has been so responsive to my Mom’s needs. There is considerable communication with the family especially in the first few weeks. They were prompt to address any concerns and alter my Mom’s care plan as needed. The most important thing is that our Mother is totally happy ! She loves the activities and is constantly involved in something. In fact, it’s hard to reach her on the phone!! She told me we made the right choice for her and that’s so reassuring to hear . The staff has been wonderful from the top down. [name removed] [name removed]& [name removed] eased our transition , the aides are attentive and [name removed] is great. The entire staff is committed to creating a wonderful environment for Mom

[name removed] was wonderful and very informative. The facility was great. They had plenty of features and options for the residents. The apartments were very nice. I wish I was older so I could stay there.

Great communication from staff, not just during admissions process, but even now (as Mom is a resident), they give us daily updates and offer advice and support. They individualize her care. We have experience in both their AL and Memory facilities- and at both- it is evident the entire staff know their residents very well. And they are kind and patient and receptive. We could not be more impressed with the Director and her team!

I always enjoy visiting this community. There’s such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and you can truly feel the care and intention behind everything they do. One of my favorite things is seeing the residents’ artwork from their monthly Paint & Vino displayed in the common areas—it’s so special to see their creativity showcased for everyone to enjoy. I love coming back and seeing the new pieces they’ve created each month. It’s a beautiful reminder that this is more than a place to live; it’s a place where people are encouraged to express themselves and thrive.

The staff and residents welcomed mom in with open arms. Every person we encountered was very friendly, warm, compassionate, comforting and it felt like a family immediately. The food, the activities and involvement with staff and residents is incredible.!!!! I would highly recommend Anchor Bay in EP!! [name removed] makes the transition seamless. His friendliness, knowledge and warm heart have made this experience perfect for mom. I have had another family member in Anchor Bay in East Greenwich and the experience was not good.

We moved my mom into Anchor Bay memory care about 18 months ago. Dealing with a parent who has dementia is challenging on many fronts. It has been wonderful knowing that she is known, cared for, safe and respected at Anchor Bay. The rest of my family feels welcome and a part of the larger community, which we treasure. While I do not wish anyone to go through such an experience, I do highly recommend Anchor Bay as a new home for a parent experiencing profound memory loss.
