It was very clean and modern and the staff seems extremely friendly with a lot of activities for the residents! I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a community.

Very happy with Waterford. She is in Supportive Living with Medicaid. Very nice facility and staff. I think they do a great job with everything.

The Grand is a beautiful facility, very friendly people. We are very happy with our choice to move mom there. The apt is very spacious and there's alot of closet space. It fresh and clean there and because it's a smaller facility it's easy to navigate.

The tour was prompt, informative, professional, and friendly.

My loved ones were only here 3 months, but they really loved it there. They both passed away last year. The staff was great. My mother in law was becoming more social. It made me sad when they were forced to leave because she got sick.

When I say [name removed]. is heaven sent I mean it!!! [name removed] went above and beyond to help me find a senior residencency for my loved one. She was the first person to inform me of a vacant apartment with no waitlist!!! The facility has everything that my aunt wanted plus MORE!! They have a hairstylist, medical staff, a huge dining room, activity/exercise rooms, recreational activities, gardens, and much more!! What my aunt really enjoyed was how pleasant it was working with [name removed]. She was very professional and patient with us while we worked on getting the necessary documents to submit. She even helped me get into a social security office with no wait, after I explained to her the horrible experience of waiting in the Chicago's office for 3 hours!!! And the front desk receptionist is the sweetest person ever!!! I beleive her name is [name removed]...Hope i spelled that right but she was so sweet and nice to deliver my Uber order to my apartment personally:) I'm too happy to have a home.

The staff is great. They are helpful and friendly. In terms of food - Stop serving so much pasta. There are so many seniors that have restricted diets. The servers should be aware of it and only serve them the restricted food that compliments their health.

Victory Centre of Bartlett has been amazing. The care that our mother is receiving is more than we could ask for. Everyone that we've worked with has been very kind and compassionate. They really made this decision a great one for mom. We would highly recommend the facility to others.

I absolutely love this place. The food is good. The housekeeping is great. The hot tub is amazing. We are “independent living” so I can’t speak to the assisted living. I’m planning a big 25th anniversary party in the all purpose room with planning assistance from the dining room hostess. I also like the fact the we can control the bedroom temperature separately from living room. The fridge and stove are small, but who’s cooking?

The staff was great, there was a couple when we first got there that I didn't care for, but they weren't there long and the new girls that came in were more compassionate than the other 2. The move in was great, they helped get her bed setup .The communication was great from them. She enjoyed the food and great quality from what I had seen. I would recommend Waterford Estates.

It's a great place to be [name removed] and the staff are the best always helpful and caring it's a great place to live the nurses and CNAs are great to and it's a safe place 24/7 so if your loved ones need a good place to have the care they need Grand Regency of Rockford would be the place for help and care your loved ones deserve

My brother lives in Victory Centre of Elk Grove Village, IL. I visit him frequently and I have found it to be Clean, Friendly and warm. The Staff from Administration to Nursing, Dining, and Maintence are all warm and caring, they know the residents' names, are respectful and always willing to address their personal needs and requests. We moved my brother from St. Louis, Mo to here in Elk Grove Village. I wasn't sure that he would like it, but he definitly does, which makes me happy, because he is only about 10 minutes away from me and I can take him shopping, to doctors appointments, or just bring him to my place if he wants, and as a matter of fact he did spend the holiday with me and the rest of our family! My sister and I live in a senior apartment complex, and just moved one of our neighbors there as well, and as luck would have it she lives right next door to my brother!! It's a very nice place.

I would like to commend the staff for their continued professionalism while my father has been there for the last three years. The process is definitely a hard one when you see a family members health changing and they need more help than we as family members can give individually. I would like to personally thank Nurse [name removed] in the wellness department during this process, she continues to make sure my fathers medical needs are meet and notifies me if there are issues or concerns. My family really appreciate what you do with me dealing with his need with me living out of state. I also would like to recognize [name removed] Director [name removed] for her continued support who goes above and beyond to make sure my fathers needs are meet as well. I appreciate everything the staff does at this facility .

I was very scared to move my mom into a supportive living facility, the director of this facility had my back every step of the way from start to finish and made the process seem-less, this was not an easy decision as most know if they care for a LO, my mom is happy here, the head nurse answers my texts no matter the time of day, the doctor that sees the residents noticed my mom had a UTI and had her on antibiotics right away, my mom has gained 26 lbs since moving in to her apt, her heart doctor was impressed at how well she was doing in such a short amount of time, the dining area could use some improvements as far as I noticed some heaters broken and ceiling issues, but that has no effect on the great food they serve, my mom LOVES IT! She has been here 4 months now and thriving, she was even able to bring her cat Pariah with her which was a huge plus with her dementia, the residents are nice, staff is always friendly and very aware of what each resident is doing daily.

The staff at Waterford Estates Senior Living have been both professional and personable. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking.
